Dissapointed and Let down...
Hi all,
I'm feeling terrible!! I have broken my diet, the first time since the 2nd of January!! I've had a bottle of wine...not tonight on Sunday and I tried my hardest to pull it back over yesterday and today but I couldn't do it, so I'm official 10 points over my weekly allowance :( it's weight in tomorrow and I feel like I've let myself down, so tonight I decided despite the bad knee I was going to do a good session of power walking on the tredmill...and now I'm damaged my knee more which means I'm off the tredmill for at least a week :(
I feel like a failure!! I guess tomorrow is a fresh start though so I'll just have to work hard at swimming on Thursday and Monday!!
