I'm a BIG cheat!!!

Yes that's right everybody I've cheated and got on the scales 4 days early, it did say I've lost 1.5lbs though which is an improvement from last weeks 1lb but we'll see on wednesday!!

I think if on Wednesday it proves to be true, the key after all the slimming patch testing, slimming pills and changing of weight watchers points, is SWIMMING!! 

I didn;t manage to go before last weeks weight in and lost 1lb, so I went Thursday instead and I've lost 1.5lbs already...I'm going again on Monday so Wednesday's weigh in should confirm my theory...

swimming is the best

 All through high school I swam every day for AT LEAST 2 hours and I could seriously eat whatever I wanted and never gain a pound. Then when I stopped, I kept eating like I was before and gained 25 lbs! It's true though, swimming is honestly the best exercise I can think of because it tones you and it is cardio... I am actually about to go swimming right now lol. Anyways, great job on your 1.5 lbs loss, maybe by wednesday it will be even more
