I'm a BIG cheat!!!
Yes that's right everybody I've cheated and got on the scales 4 days early, it did say I've lost 1.5lbs though which is an improvement from last weeks 1lb but we'll see on wednesday!!
I think if on Wednesday it proves to be true, the key after all the slimming patch testing, slimming pills and changing of weight watchers points, is SWIMMING!!
I didn;t manage to go before last weeks weight in and lost 1lb, so I went Thursday instead and I've lost 1.5lbs already...I'm going again on Monday so Wednesday's weigh in should confirm my theory...
