Keep on moving...

Well I've stayed the same this week and feel a little dissapointed with myself, I've stuck to my points and done lots of exercise but maybe the exercise has built muscle rather than burnt fat...or am I just making excuses??

I don't know what to do now, stick to 20 points a day or do the Kick Start (18 points a day) for a week and see how I go??  I've got a week of exercise planned, swimming and lots of running.

I've been taking Adios tablets as well, has anyone used them before??  I don't drink enough water either so I'm going to force myself to drink the 8 glasses a day we're meant to have and see if that helps.

I'm not stopping, I'm going to keep going with the frame of mind, at least it wasn't a gain!!

Hiya - re water, I think it does make all the difference, as it's the one thing I'm really doing different from last time, and it's coming off more quickly.  I'd be interested to see how the Adios goes!
