Well we are on a new calender year. So now it's time to step it up. Vacations over and life is back.
I am a type A blood. And been looking at this regiment on Eat Right 4 Your Type for a few years. Found out....I should be a vegitarian. LOL Well not into meat alot but I have to give up Dairy.
Well I can have goat milk and cheese... But nothing with Cow milk.
..... But it will be worth it... my body will run better and have more energy... will digest food better, as in not storing it for uslessness. I'm not a eat for joy person anyway. I eat to live.
Also found my reccommoned exercise regiment is Yoga and Taichi.... Pilates I believe would be part of that. Relaxing exercises. I have a Taichi video also Pilates and do enjoy it. So now need to take a yoga class.
So here it is.... the begining of the first 2 months to see how I do on the plan. My Dr. said not to take thier supplements, take vitamins, but do go by the plan and do lots of ab work. My Dr. is cool... Tells me i'm fat and where right to my face.
Even aggreed if not on my meds I can be a bitch. (and he used the word too) LOL Tony's awesome.
Well today I relaxed this morning and then made 2 large pots of soup and 1 pot of homemade broth. I put the broth in the freezer and it comes in handy. I will be eating soup for a week, Lunch and Dinner...... And have enough to make 2 more large pots. Sooooooo Hopefully We will see a difference in the scales.
Soup has cabbage,onion,cauliflower,broccoli,carrots,kidney beans,noodle soup mix,rosemary,a few beef tips with garlic salt. Italian stewed tomoatoes.
It's very filling and easy to make.
Also made a pitcher of iced tea. this weekend I'll bake a turkey breast and slice it up and put it away.
My sister told me of a exercise she is doing for her stomach and says it's working.So going to give it a shot. If It works I'll let you know.
Well today wasn't so good ...I got hungry really bad. Steak and cheese for lunch with chedder pretzels and dinner i had home made fried chicken with rice and butter. I feel so bad about myself because of it. Just find myself fat and unattractive.
Need to get out of this funk.
Hope for better results tomorrow. affraid to weigh in right now. LOL
Ok this is a new start of my page…. I am determined to lose it. I have deleted most of my old posts and making it a new. I can do it if I try. But the first step is admiting I need to take it step by step. So ….
Step one….. I need to take this first step….
Step two….. Eat healthier…..
Step three….. A little exercise everyday even if it’s just walking Fiona around the park.
Step Four ….. Build up my energy level and be a healthier woman by Oct 31st next year!!!!
