I need Motivation

I really want to lose the belly fat. I hope to get the encouragement of a motivated weight loss buddy on here. 

December 2010 Check in

Ok here I am gained 10 pounds in one month. So many parties and good food. Well it is time to take control. Work out schedule is being made. I have cut back on fryed food, salt, and sugar already. MY eating isnt the problem. It is the motivaton to do my exercises. I just don't see a reason. Well I am creating a reason. I have a goal by my birthday to loose 20 pounds. the firt 10 is easy. It will be the second 10.  
 
Small goals to make it work. I can do it with the support of friends.

A New Fresh Start!

I have been on this site before. It's been a few years. And was disappointed in myself that in 2 years I have only lost 7 pounds. So it is time to take control!!
 
My problem is motivation to exercise. I have a friend who has done very well. I am encourged just by her efforts.
I have to get orginized in life to make it happen. A flexible schedual plan is my first step. Let's face it... if it's not flexible and you miss something you are more likely NOT to keep going. Right? I have seen so many people stop thier diets or programs because they missed one thing, one time.
 
Eatting right and stability in nutrition is not a problem really. But I am cutting back on any fat in my "meal plans". (not a diet, as to not feel like it is a chore) I cut back on my sugar already and use stevia. I like veggies so thats good.
 
Well I am off to make my flexible schedual. Hope to check in atleast once a week.
