Superbowl Menu
In the interest of having fun, but eating healthy I have devised a menu for my Superbowl party this weekend.
Pulled Pork Sandwiches
Homemade Honey Oat Bread
Homemade Salsa
Homemade Tortilla Chips
Healthy Chewy Chocolate Brownies
All of the recipes came from www.eatingwell.com, I think DH and his friends will like this and it is a better alternative for me than our usual, chicken wings and fries.

Holy Cow you mean I can have brownies? Stop it, you are gonna make me cry...I love brownies. Thanks for giving out the info. I am SOOOOO gonna make some...yum yum!!
I am actually not having or going to any Super Bowl parties. I am just so afriad of the temptation. I just dont know if I could handle it. But you rock for putting together a healthier menu choice for your guests. I'm sure somewhere deep inside thier bodies will thank you for it :)

Elliptical
I used to no be able to do much on the elliptical either, but then I realized the incline was set way to high for my height.....so I lowered the preset incline from 3 or 4 to zero......and started working my way up....It helped a bunch, so you might want to try that and see if it helps you go a little longer. Hope that helps some.....the tredmill hurts my knees more than my gyms elliptical.
