Complete disaster!
I have never eaten as much as I have today in a long long time - The thing is I wasn't even hungry, I just seemed to be on autopilot and was just shovelling things in.
I really want to be able to lose the rest of this weight, but at the moment it seems like its never going to happen. I have joined a 12 week challenge with a few other girls, which starts on the 2nd June, I am really looking forward to it starting, but I just wish I could be motivated now!
Well tomorrow is another day I guess, I think I am going to plan my meals for the next few days and see how that works out.

Why do we do that?
I always scoff everything in sight (particularly biscuits and takeaways) when I'm bored or stressed, or have PMT ... or generally any time I'm a bit 'off kilter'! Not so easy to admit to, and even harder to stop, even though we know it's pointless, daft and self-defeating! I still have no idea why I do it ..
The only thing that works for me (apart from giving up booze, and I wouldn't recommend that to everyone) is exercise - if I manage to have a good walk, or run or swim then I feel healthier, and it's easier to make healthy choices and feel virtuous for a bit longer.
Good luck with the menu planning!
