Good Day World!!!!!!!!
 
 I am so excited and proud to announce I have lost 6lbs this week!
 
I feel so good about myself. Now to start working on next Friday's weigh in...LOL

Day 5

Morn!!!!!!
 
Well had a great start. Didn't skip breakfast and I am happy about that. I never did eat breakfast and finally I am. I feel better too.
 
Not too much going on here today at the house. The kids are finally back at school and hubby is working out of town. So, it is quiet here. I guess i can read or something. LOL... Good thing is that I am not wanting to eat. Usually when I am bored I would snack..and snack..and snack. I don't crave it. This Phen has helped me soooo much. My cravings are gone and I have to set an alarm so I know when it is time to eat.
 Lokking forward to a good workout tonight, and afterwards curl up with a good book.

Day 4

Good Evening World!
 Well...was supposed to take it easy today. But, I kinda didn't. I found myself with a serious urge to "spring clean". I know it is a lil early...hah! I dusted and vacumed my living room and even dusted the ceiling fans. I went out and bought new curtains for the living room and tossed the old ones out.
 I did try a new recipe tonight for Chicken cassarole and was AWESOME! The girls loved it. Healthy chicken breast meat and brown rice with onion soup and a bit of beef boulion.Mmmmm good.
Add some steamed cauliflour and a green salad and wha-La! Good stuff.
 
Looking forward to Friday morn. I weigh in and take  measurements. I hope I get some good results.

Day 3

Good but exhausting day.... Been on the road since 9:30am. Had TONS of errands to do and I feel like crawling in bed for a good night of rest.
 
Went to New Orleans to the Dr. office for a family member, then to the post office, library, bank. and grocery shopping. >.< But at least they are all done and tomorrow just a bit of light housework.
 
The Phen was great to me again. The only issue is forgetting to eat. It is strange how diffrent this medication makes me feel. I know I gotta eat something but I get sick at the thought of eating at times. I force it down and I my body feels better so then I am glad I did. Pushing myself to workout tonight....I mean REALLY pushing myself. My body aches and my knees are burning from being on my feet for the last 3 hours of light walking in the store. But I am going to do it! No excuses.

Day 2

GOOD MORNING WORLD...Had a great day yesterday!!!!!!
 
 My girls and I spent the whole day shopping. That is something I rarely ever do. We were gone for 7 hours. O-O   I know, I know that sounds like over kill, but we had a fantastic time and took our time looking around and I spent only $17 all day ...LOL I found a great book at Books a Million for about $8, Calorie counting for dummies. Excellent book! It has all info on most fast food and restraunts in the nation. This is going to be a big help when we dine out with friends and family.
 
The gilrs had a good time spending their own money and learning how to pay for things on their own. I guess we must of walked a total of 5 or so hours. I felt it this morning when I got out of bed...LOL... O U C H!
 
Looking forward to a good work out today. Will be stretching, yoga, and free weights...my fav! ^_^
 
I know this is going to sound absurd comming from a 300lb+ woman but, one of my lifes dreams is to be an aerobic instructor. Silly sounding I know...but If I am to workout for the rest of my life I figure a good way to stay healthy is to do it for a living..what better way to stay fit and earn a living. I would love to help others get and stay healthy too. I would use my story to motivate. Anyway...It is just a dream,   For now...

Day 1

Down she goes...Day one of Phen. 
Good morning world! I struggled to wake up early today. I am usually a late sleeper. Which in turn is one of many reasons I am over weight!.. Anyway, I did it! It was an acomplishment even at 8:30 am. So forced down breakfast that was prescribed with my diet plan and down she went...my little blue pill of phen. Hopefully it will help and once I am ready I can take control of it myself I will ween off and be on my own. I feel like a child learning to ride a bike all over again.
 
Today is a great day! Going clothes shopping with my girls for Winter Formal at their school. Coooold as heck and I am loving the fact i am out and about before noon. What a great feeling.

My New Lifestyle Begins...

Well.. day one of my life changing lifesytle. I have commited myself to taking Phen 30mg. I start taking them tomorrow morn. I have already started eating much better on the 5th of Jan.and started an excersie regim.  I am happy that I am taking the proper steps to making myself healthy.
 
Husband and I were watching Dr.G Medical Examiner the other night. It was a special on the top 5 ways not to die early. Obisetiy was #2!!! #2 on the list as top ways peple are dieying too early. She stated that being just over 30lbs over weight can cause high blood pressure! I was so upset after watching her examine a corpse of a lady that died from complications of being obese. I was floored. Scared me to death. So... I felt I have a reason to get healthy..not for looks...not because of self esteem...but because I want to see my children graduate, get married, and one day see my future grand children.
 
It won't be easy but I am prepared now. Husband took pics of me in panties and sports bra. When I saw those photos I was stunned! I didn't realise how bad I really looked. I look so unhealthy and this is going to sound funny but, I have a front butt and back boobs...Hahaha... humor is good for the soul! Anywho...I was amazed to see my body the shape it is in. I would suggest anyone do the same. He took front pics, side, and back. It really put things in perspective. And it is a great tool. I will photograph my self every 2 weeks to keep a picture on my mind of my body's condition.
