Dinning out healty
Hello Monday!!!!!
Well I was on a mini vacation this weekend. Hubby finally came home from being away at work for 7 days Sooo we spent some time together. He is starting to eat healthier with me. I am so happy! We went to Outback Steakhouse and had a great lunch. My meal was less than 700 cal. and it felt great not to sit there and overeat or to eat stuff we used to eat there. A normal sitting we would eat more than 16oo cals. We planned our meal ahead of time and I adjusted my calorie intake at other meals, so i stuck to my plan! ^_^
Yippie! It helps to have this new book I have. Calorie Counting for Dummies and the restraunt website helped too. We plan our meals before we leave to eat out now. It is great...we are in control. So easy too. and still taking the Phen. It is really helping out.
Worked out last night with Zumba. I love it! Really good for begginers.

Heya guys! Yes I am happy. It is great to see my whole family making this transformation with me. Hubby is so supportive and he has been doing a ton of research on healthy food alternatives. I am very lucky to have him in my life. And yes Louisiana has great food. The key is portion control and planning ahead.
I have to admit that lately I am impatient and ready to see results. I know, I am being unrealistic. I just keep telling myself to wait and see what happens at the 12 week mark of this diet plan to see results. Well hope ypou had a great work out Titania! I did strength training this afternoon and Zumba yesterday. And thank you, Sakura for your kind words. Update...I did lose 6lbs last week!! Yippie!!...LOL You look great by the way. I can't wait till I can finally tuck my pants in and wear a belt with no buldge. ^_^

So nice that your husband is trying to eat healthy with you. I know is difficult here in Louisiana with so many good and yummy foods!!! And now with King Cake season... 
Keep up the good job! and congrats on your 4lbs loss!
