What will July hold for YOU.
I'm going to try to re-create all the good I did in January. A gym class tonight I have not tried(step) and I will be taking core 1 day at a time. Planning for a lovely sat treat so I don't get bored and eat pants. 2wk time I'll have pizza, this sat if I'm alone I may make a core curry.
My aim is to be 5lb lighter come the 3rd of Aug(WI day)

WI result.
I stayed the same this week. Which is fantastic as I did over induldge last weekend. it also goes to show that Core works as i have not felt hungry all week or felt like on a "diet".
May as a whole was a 3lb gain which was my hol on the cuise and I never got my Mojo back.
I have a few little goals I want to achieve between June-Sept.
Ist one being getting the 2lb off and getting back to the stone loss for the year so far.
I then will concentrate on getting to my 50lb target 10lb to go which also co-insides with getting into the 14's. 10lb to go for that too.
My last WI before my Sept hol is 30Aug08. here I go.........

Core Rocks.
I so love this WW plan, it suits me to the ground. these are a few of my lunches & dinners since Monday.
Spag Bol,Tuna salad,Chilli con carne with boiled rice,twice baked Jack spud with phiily extra light,ham & tomatoes with baked beans.
Tonight i can't decide if to have a english style breakfast for dinner or chicken & pasta with passata sauce.
I just hope this week shows on the scales Sat am.

Re-light my motivation..
So May in theory is a write of month. The worst I have had in a while, I enjoyed every piece of food I ate. I just hope when I get on the scales I can still think the same. Well today is my new starting point. I'm back on WW Core the kickstart version with a hope to have a slight gain sat rather than a huge gain.
I will also be back to post on here weekly as it really does help. I have uploaded a pic starting point for May then will do one monthly so I can see a difference.
Here's to a fabulous June and a smaller me over the summer months.

Neglected my blog..
To be honest not had a great deal to ramble about. Had my pre hol WI today and have lost 1.5lb which means I'm on 43lb in total. My next mini goal is the 50lb certificate WW give you. Holiday tomorrow 5days full board on the Navigator of seas it will test me but I'm not prepared to undo all my hard work this year and gain back loads as I know with my weight loss its slow that a 3-4lb gain can mean a month to get it back off.
Hope all the UK peeps have a great bank hol weekend & the weather stays nice.
i'll see you all after my holiday to reports gains/losses for the forthcoming weeks.

I am a Pig.
Why did I feel the urge to gorge on food this weekend. I have done so well with the weight loss this week and all I seemed to do this weekend is eat. I know that Fri is going to be a foodie night too so I should have been extra good this weekend to combat that but NO I went the other way. I think I will be eating No point soup at lunch time this week to try to at least have a STS or a small gain Sat(if I can make WI) I best go to the gym every night this week as well to at least burn a few calories off.
On a good note I know that how I feel now means I will never be able to go back to my old eating habits.
Why do we do this to ourselves? what good does it do us?

2.5lb loss.
So glad got rid of the water retention and a little bit extra too. I'm still behind for my mini target but as long as I can keep on going in the right direction it all counts.
I also did my monthly measurements too this am and have lost another 3inch in total, 1.5" from my bust, which I find strange as its been a long time since I lost anything from there.
Keep on going guys & gal as If I can do it we can all do it.

2lb gain..
I knew it was a gain but never expected it to be 2lb. Its just means I have to proper blast it now before my hols in May. Back on good old core tomorrow though so hopefully I should get a good chunk off by next sat. I will be good I know I can be good.
I think I need to start hitting the gym more than the twice a week I am at the mo.

PCOS.
Got my results from the bloods and other test I had the other week and Dr confirmed is PCOS. She's sending for a scan to make sure nothing internal but doesn't think they will find anything. I'm glad I know why I still have teenage acne at the age of 32, why my periods are so heavy and why my weight loss is so slow.
I did get a lecture about my weight and offered me a weight management class tues afternoon, don't think work would give me time off. so will stick with what I know and carry on as I am and not get upset if I have a blip and don't loose as much as my lighter friends who seem to shed pounds and continue to drink eat & be merry.
Here's to another week WI tomorrow though of which I'm not looking forward to it as feel i have gained due to bloatedness & eating rubbish.

3 stone gone.
I'll admit the 1st 2 went 2yrs ago the 3rd one though since Christmas. I lost 1.5lb this week which I'm over the moon with and have a lovely green shiny stone sat in front of the TV to show for it. I have set myself another goal for my holiday in Sept to Cyprus.
