Meh.
Unexciting week, I lost .3 lbs. I'm quite disappointed as I did have a very good week - I have no idea why I didn't lose at least a lb or 2. I guess the only thing is I actually ate most of my assigned calories each day rather than going 300-400 less than they suggest. I guess it's back to lower calories for me.
This week is going to be a struggle, as I'm sure it will be for everyone. Thanksgiving festivities Thursday, plus we have a first birthday party to go to on Saturday.
I'm feeling rather down at the moment, feeling like I'll be in the 250's forever and I'm just treading water at this point. I'm hoping before Christmas I can knock out a decent chunk. Bleh.
