Bummed out.

I gained 1.2 lbs this week. Ugh!!!! I had an awful Monday and Tuesday but the rest of the week was perfect. I figured I'd maintain...but this gain thing pisses me off!  

I'm so so sick of this mini yo-yo. It's far too early in my journey to be allowing this to happen. Then there's the trip in a week that is undoubtedly going to be a challenge. GRRRR!!! This week I'll be perfect and maybe by some small miracle on Saturday I'll be under 250, but I'm not counting on it. Weight loss can be SO frustrating and difficult.

Frustrating?  Difficult?  Naaahhhh...

I know you have lots left to lose, but you are FORTY POUNDS into your journey.  If you need a little yo-yo time, don't let it get to you.  Ride it out.  As long as you aren't consistently gaining and are holding your ground, you will be just fine.  I'm not saying to just give in, but give yourself slack.  Maybe you need a little break, and that is OK.  Just try not to let things get *too* out of hand on your trip, if you can help it.
