Let's start from the beginning...
Weight has been an issue all of my life. With my recent pregnancy, I reached my highest weight to date. To be healthier for me and my family, I chose to start my weight loss journey again but doing it smarter this time...and being hungry was not an option! I dusted off my old Weight Watchers materials and started tracking points. I read up on their new Momentum program online and was excited to hear the emphasis on filling foods. I started losing weight but at a very slow pace. At the recommendation of a friend who lost 70 pounds (and counting!) I introduced the Eat Right for Your Type plan. Since then, I have lost a little over one pound per week and I don't feel hungry. Trying to add exercise too but finding the time has been difficult. Ultimately, I would like to be a size 6. But in the near term, I would like to lose another 26 pounds by New Years Eve 2010.
