Just another lovely day!
Think positive everyone, we are reaching our goals. It's all about baby steps though! Create those new healthy habits and toss out the old bad habits forever. I had a good weekend, had some things that weren't the healthiest (ie. cheeseburger), but I still stayed within my WW points allowance, so that's ok! The weekdays are always easier for me since I work the whole day, I have little to no temptations (well other than the bazillion candy jars laying around the building). I keep working on getting my water intake up to where it should be. I just started my first glass of the day. I have plenty of time to get them all in. That is my goal today :) Tonight I am going to the mall with a friend. It will be nice to get out of the house to do something other than going to the gym! I will be exercising with my balance ball when I get home though.
