Back burner.....

Guys, I promise I did not go on a trip to the moon, or fall of the planet, though it surely seems like I have been somewhere.  I have really missed all of you, commenting, blogging etc.  Seems lately I have put things on the back burner... but no more.  I just really need to get organized again.  Life really feels hectic.  Work is crazy, when I get home it's homework, housework, etc.  (you all know the drill).  I just feel like I have lost my grip somewhere.

However, I have kept up on my daily workout. So I am proud of myself there.  I am getting in 30 min. everyday, but I know that I need to step it up.  I feel so out of the loop on here.  *SOMEONE FILL ME IN ON THE AB WORKOUT* I have been seeing it on everyones blog.  I could definitley use it.  That is one area that needs some TLC!!!!

Anyway, I am getting my grip back, and I will be back on here hopefully everyday again.  I really need the support... TOM is sniffing around again, and I keep getting these almost uncontrollable urges to EAT EVERYTHING!!!!! UGGGGGHHHHH.  However.. i have resisted the temptation of most of them, and I am maintaining my weight.  I have not gained, but I fear I will not lose any this week either.

Well, better get to the homework, dinner, house work.. etc... etc.

I have missed you all, and hope that you are all doing well. If I missed commenting on your blog, please know that I am thinking of you!!!!!!

So glad to hear that you have been working out all this time  If you would like to know about the ab challenge go over to 97gstchick blog and she can fill you in on it.   The challenge is working your abs everyday.  I just dropped out so you can ask her if you can fill my place.  I know that she only wanted 10 people in it to keep it small, but since I'm not doing it maybe you can if you want to.  I'm not sure how long the challenge is going on for.

I'm in 97's ab-challenge, too.  It's doing a certain number of a few different ab-moves  --  for acertain number of times.  We are to do them Mon - Fri  ---- taking the weekends off.  (For the month of Oct., I think.  I'll have to check again.)

Hope you can get in, taking Laura's place.

You amaze me!  You've lost so WELL!  No wonder you've been happy about it!!  DH could NEVER understand, unless he went through it himself!!!   But WE understand!  I'm SO happy for you!

Great job on the workout.

I totally understand the busy schedule.  I have three kids (19, 16, and 2), work full time, and am a full time student completing my Bachelors degree.  Life is moving by fast, but the education is sooo worth it.  This is why most of my exercise is on my lunch break at work!

Keep up the good work with the exercise. 

I feel your pain

I'm also working, working on my Master's degree....plus 80y/o mil just moved in...so that is sorta like having a kid again.....the only difference between you and I....I've been blogging and you've been exercising......I probably should blog a little less and exercise a little more...since there are only so many hours in a day.

you can jump in the Ab challenge if you like.  It's mainly working your abs every day M-F.  The first week we started with at least a set of 25, and each week bump it up another 25.  that way we get into the habit of doing them daily.  By the end of the month.. everyone ideally should be to 100 a day M-F.  and they can keep going if they wish.
