A thousand times....
thank you!!! I can't say it enough. You guys are the greatest, and I so appreciate your support from my last blog. Just knowing that you guys are there to lend a kind word, makes a world of difference. I just don't know what to say.
The last 2 days have been okay at work, "she" is still not working, but "I" am no longer listening or paying attention to her. I am doing my job, and going home, and not letting it get to me.
Tomorrow is my weekly weigh in, and if I do say so, I have done really well this week. I have gotten on my treadmill and walked at least a mile everyday this week along with doing either yoga, or some type of aerobics. But this morning I was so worn down, I just did about 20 min. of yoga. I skipped the treadmill, I think I am entitled!!! I will be back on it before the weigh in tomorrow, and I will make up for it maybe Saturday. Usually I take Sat. and Sun. off to rest, but I HAVE TO MAKE IT UP!!!
I have loads to do this weekend. My boy starts the 4th grade on Monday, so we have a lot of cleaning and organizing to do so that everything will be in order. I can't complain, I really think we have a great teacher this year. (Please Lord, let us have a good teacher).
Bad news to report on the hubby, he has quit the gym because of the cost, apparently he finally figured that money doesn't grow on trees! However he has stopped everything even eating better...I really hate it, but I think I will give him some breathing room, he is a little stressed lately, and hope that he snaps back into a routine. I told him, he doesn't have to go to the gym to get fit or lose weight, I am a prime example, but what can I say "he's a man"!
Well guys, I better get off of here, I really want to hit the sack early tonight, not exaclty been sleeping the best in the world lately.
I will check in tomorrow, and give that weekly weight update!! Keep your fingers crossed.
