Good bye 260's hello 250's
Hello!!!!! Well it was weigh in day today! All of those who weighed in today, I hope that it was a good one. Mine sure was. I have finally hit the 250's! That's still considered obese, but I have not been in the 250's for several years. I have to get there....I WILL GET THERE! 165 gets closer and closer every week.
So as it stands, I am down 50 pounds from my highest of 308, and I am now 38 pounds down since starting back on my plan since May 9th, 2008. Plus I had set a 3 month goal for August 9th. My goal was to be at 263 by that date. Well, that date isn't even here, and I have already passed my goal by 5 pounds!!
I am really starting to be able to tell that I am finally losing it. At first, I could not tell at all. I haven't really been able to exercise this week at all due to all the painting going on, but I will get back into it this weekend, and next week. I still have about 3 weeks until my 3 month goal date. I am really aiming to about 11 pounds under that 263 goal weight. Only 6 more to go. If I can hit that weight of 252, then I will be one month closer to my goal weight. I had planned on shooting to lose about 11 pounds a month. I know towards the end it will probably be harder and I may hit a plateau, but I am trying.
Anyway, enough of me running on about myself. I hope you all have had a really good week, and that you have done really well. If not, just pick up with it again tomorrow.
