Before After

I am dragging.....

It's been a couple of days since I last blogged.  It's been crazy around here.  The painting is still going on here....slowly, but it's going. But the brighter side of that, it's that last thing we have to do and the remodling of our house will be complete!!  Work is going okay, I still wish though sometimes I could hit the magic mute button on some people!!!

We ventured out last night and took my son to a Professional Wrestling show.  We all had a blast.  Sadly my husband had a bratwurst  , but he has been hiting the gym this week.  I am dragging though, we got in really late and I still had to work today, plus the painters were here at 7:30.

I decided to sit down and catch up on some of the blogs.  I really love reading about everyone and seeing how they are doing, and i love reading the really nice and encouraging comments I get. You guys are great!

I have been doing really well.  I haven't cheated, broke down, gave up or anything.  A part of me keeps wondering when the melt down will happen.  I guess like in the past it just happened.  But now the choices that I make about how and what I eat, just seem like second nature.  I am hoping that I will say goodbye to the 260's this Friday and hello to the 250's which by the way I have not seen since about 2003.
I really have to get back to my exercising, but this week has been crazy already.  Will do that tomorrow, so tired....must sleep soon!!!!

Anyway, good night all, and if you had a not so great day today, wake up tomorrow and make up for it!  If you had a good day today...keep it up. We're that much closer!

Lots of love,

Kami

WTG!

I am new here and I just wanted to say I totally understand how difficult it can be to stay on a diet when you have construction going on around the house. My husband and I have been remodeling the house since April and it has been a slow progress because he is doing all the work himself on the weekends and at night. I think I have gained at least 10lbs during this time because we are constantly eating out since the house is in shambles. So, way to go in sticking to your plan and not having a meltdown in the middle of all that stress!!

Fingers crossed

Not that you need me to cross my fingers cos you are doing so so well, I'm sure you will hit the 250s come Friday.

Well done for not slipping - you are an inspiration. Keep it up
