Down some sizes!!
Hey everyone, Happy Sunday. I hope that everyone is having a wonderful and healthy weekend. It's been a long one here. My painters started Saturday, so my house will be in complete shambles for the next week or so, but what they have done already looks so good. I am so excited.
I had birthday party to go to yesterday - options for eating there - Pizza Hut Pizza & Pasta, YIKES! Those are so my favorite, but I chose not to eat it. I had one bite of my husbands pizza and pasta just for the taste. So I won that battle with temptation, and I came home and had a turkey sandwhich w/ a slice of watermelon. Much better!
I did however have to go up town, which worked out as a benefit for me. I decided I wanted something new to wear to the party since all of my clothes are really starting to look very loose on me, to the point that I should probably go ahead and get rid of them. I was trying on a cute shirt that I found that was form fitting so I had to get my regular size in it, but the pants that I tried on were a 24 and I grabbed a 22 just in case. How about I tried on the 22 first, and it was a tad to big! I did not dare get the size 18, because I didn't want to push it.
Just to give you a picture, when I started out I should have been in a 26 because my 24's were starting to cut me off, but I refused and kept stuffing myself in the 24's! So I just bouht the shirt and come home. I went to my closet, and looked in the very back were I have hidden the smaller sizes in hopes that one day I might be able to get back into them. I pulled out my 22's and they fit! THEY FIT!!!! No sucking in the stomach to zip them, no walking around with muffin top!! I tried on the 20 that I had but it was a little snug, but things are made different, so I am not discouraged. TOM is visiting right now, so I am not surprised they didn't fit. However since his visit, the scales say I dropped another 1.3 pounds so I hoping to maybe make the 260 mark this week.
Anyway, I have loads to do today, so I better get started and stop blogging.
Hope you all have wonderful day.
Lots of love,
Kami
