Who says resolutions are just for New Years!
Okay people the 4th of July weekend is over. Not bragging, but I hope everyone did as well as I did or atleast the best they could. It's a new week and the year is half over. (I can't believe it) The worst parts of the year are headed our way with Thanksgiving and Christmas!!!! Well my resolution for the rest of the year is to add more exercises to start tighting so that I don't end up flabby!!
