how are you doing on Phentermine?
I stopped taking my lasix/phentermine cocktail while I was in PR just because I didn't know where the bathrooms were. Of course the lasix makes me pee like a racehorse, but is anyone else experiencing the number 2 express on phentermine? Is it the combination? I only have this problem when I take the phentermine. Can't complain though, the weight is coming off. Even in PR I found myself not eating as much and I assume that I haven't gained any weight. Still not getting on the scale because of TOM. I will give a weight update next week. One last thought, I see that alot of you take a B suppliment. What kind of B, how much, oral or injection and do you think that it really helps in the weight loss and how? Does is speed it up or does it make is constant? Hope all is well with each and everyone of you....Think thinner

Lasix???
Did your doctor just put you on Lasix or did you ask him/her about it? Here's my problem....I started taking Phentermine on June 22....within the first week I had lost about 7 lbs....I woke up one day was -7lbs....the next down it was back up to -5 lbs...then TOM appeared...so I knew that it was water weight....by the middle of TOM I was up to -2 lbs...and then once TOM left I had gone back down 7 and lost one more...so I was at -8!!! yeah....right? Well, I worked really really really hard and lost 2 more by the end of about 21/2 weeks into taking the pills...and by the 3rd week I was sitting at -11lbs...Then 3 days later I am back up to -5.....for the past couple of days I have been extremely strict on myself!...I don't know what else to do! I AM SO FRUSTRATED!!! ..I am so afraid that I am going to go in at weigh in and all my hard work isn't going to look like much. Could this be water weight? I know this is a long drawn out way of asking about Lasix....is it a water pill and do you know if it would help to solve my water weight issues? Thanks for reading my ramblings...LOL

I am on phentermine 37.5. I havent had problems with the number 2 express...By golly, I wish...the phen has made me so constipated. Yea not a pretty thought. I hope you figure it all out. On the meds I dont weigh myself but once a week or only at dr appts. because the weight does fluctuate so much. Also my dr said depending on your water intake, it could effect the weight also...he said to drink drink drink...to make your kidneys pass the fluid out.
