Also....if you hadn't noticed I like to joke about my weight.  I find it's good to keep a sense of humor about this sort of thing.  I hope I don't offend anyone.

I Can't Get No Sleep...

So, I'm trying to go to sleep early, and it just isn't happening.  Here I am, blogging.  I didn't exercise today and I didn't count my points either, but I'm pretty sure that I stayed within my limits.  I began the day a little discouraged having gotten on the scale and seen 184.  I don't know what is going on.  The only thing that I can think is that it is because I am breastfeeding.  But, who knows?    But, I do have to say that I feel thinner and my clothes fit better.  So, maybe it is just muscle that I am gaining and water retention and all that.  Today was just a hectic day.  I did do some cleaning though and ran around with the kids so I guess that counts as a little bit of exercise.  I guess that is all for now.

.2 Gain :(

So, I didn't lose any weight and actually gained .2 lbs.  I'm not concerned.  We went for an hour walk last night to the vietnamese restaurant and had dinner.  It was really nice and relaxing.  I may not have eaten enough yesterday.  I think that sometimes when I don't eat enough I won't lose any weight because my body wants to hold onto it.  I'm going to do my yoga later or perhaps talk another walk.  I also did 100 crunches last night.  I know it's not much, I'm starting small.  haha.  I guess that's it.

Also...

I decided to mark down what I have lost since I gave birth.  This seems to encourage me also.  I have lost 17lbs since then.  So, that is why my weight loss is starting from July. 

Lost Some Weight!

So, I lost some weight today.  I now weigh 182.8lbs.  This motivates me.  I made a goal chart for the next four months so I am going to log in and track whether or not I have made those weekly goals.  I will write the chart up on my blog.  I'm really going to try to exercise more.  I think that if I schedule it, I will have an easier time doing it.  So, that's what I will do. 

No Weight Lost

So, I haven't lost any weight this week.  I'm not extremely bummed because I haven't been exercising very much.  I looked over my Weight Watchers record from the last time that I lost all the weight.  I started at 173lbs and ended at 157.6 after 12 weeks.  I lost a total of 15.4lbs.  So now here I am, close to where I started before.  I'm pretty sure that it will take me longer this time.  So, I am hoping by January to have lost all the weight.  I'm breastfeeding right now, so it is harder to eat alot less.  I think they recommend not going under 1800 calories.  Anyway, we will see what happens.  My goal for the next week is to work out at least 5 days for a half an hour each. 

Starting Day

So, here I am.  I has been 2 months since the birth of my son Drake.  Lets see if I can lose some weight and keep up this blog.
