I am so discouraged by this.&nbsp; I have been having cramps all day so I don't know if maybe that time of the month has anything to do with it.&nbsp; Does anyone else have trouble losing weight before or on their period?&nbsp; This sucks and I'm crabby too.&nbsp; Anyway, maybe tomorrow will be different.&nbsp; I just have to stick with it and not give up.&nbsp; I've come this far.&nbsp; I guess as long as I don't gain anything during this time I will be alright.&nbsp; HEIGHT: 156px" height=169 src="http://www.cafeaulait.org/course/week9/sun.gif" width=161>So, I joined a gym this last weekend.&nbsp; I already notice a huge improvement.&nbsp; I have way more energy and I just feel stronger and thinner.&nbsp; I haven't lost too much weight, but, I am in a size 12 now and I was in a 14.&nbsp; I have been doing 30 minute on the elliptical and then a half hour of weight training 4-5 times a week.&nbsp; My husband and I are switching days so the other can watch the kids.&nbsp; I'm trying to find time.&nbsp; I have kind of been doing this ayeurvedic diet thing.&nbsp; I took the quiz and found that I'm a Kapha/Pitta.&nbsp; So, I'm sort of following the guidelines.&nbsp; Anyway, Im not drinking any soda, even diet.&nbsp;
