New Month, New Gym...
So, I joined a gym this last weekend. I already notice a huge improvement. I have way more energy and I just feel stronger and thinner. I haven't lost too much weight, but, I am in a size 12 now and I was in a 14. I have been doing 30 minute on the elliptical and then a half hour of weight training 4-5 times a week. My husband and I are switching days so the other can watch the kids. Tonight is my night and I am excited. It's kind of a little break. You get to listen to music or watch tv and hang out around other adults for a change. Anyway, I guess that is it.
