A Great Day!!!!!!!!!!!!
Today was the best Day I had my weekly weigh in and I am down to 212.4.... I spoke with my consultant and we discuss my progress and she is only keeping track the the weeks that I am in. I have missed 3 weeks since I joined in the end of Apirl so going with what she kept track of I have lost 22.20 pounds in 14 weeks. Yippee!!!!!!
And to top it off I tried on a couple of things tonight that I have not worn in 2 years and they fit.. YIPPEE

I also had a great day with my younger cousin she is starting her senior year in high school next week so we took a day to just hang out and get pedicures. Neither one of us had ever had one before but I can be sure that it was not my last one it was amazing the message chair and the pedicure oh I could have stayed all day..

Never Heard Back!
Well it will a week tomorrow since the open casting for the Biggest Loser and I never heard back from them so I guess I didn't have what they where looking for.
Update on my August goals I am drink my water at least 8 glasses a day and I hae not had coffee in 2 days and only 1 can a diet soda a day for a week. I am getting there, slowly but I am getting there.

I did something that I can't Believe!
Ok I went to the Biggest Loser casting call today! I can't believe i did it. I was in the car and just said what the hell what do I have to lose.
Well I gain a sunburn and a great experience, I don't know if they will call me back or not but I had a good time. I should know in a couple of days if they call me back in. I hope that they call I think that the opportunity would be just the greatest experience.

OH by the way not so much today (since I was standing in a line for most of it) but I have actually been drinking 12 glasses of water everyday. yippee for me!
I also had my weigh in today not to much to report today the scale said 214.8. I need to start moving my behind.

Vitamins
They worked! I have been taken the iron and a B complex and I am feeling great!!!!!!
Much more energy!! This means that I need to try and do the President's physical fitness test. Once I do I will post it. I know that it will be bad I am not physically fit. I will let you all know soon!!
I found the goal chart for the President's Physical Fitness Test I am going to use 17 year old girl as my target since this is for kids and not adults. I am going to post my first try results and my results every time I do it until I can do it.
The goal chart it is in my photos but you can't read it so here is the goals for a 17 year old girl. (I am 35 but I can dream that I am 17 again)
Partial Curl-Ups - 30
One Mile Run - 10 minutes
V-sit reach - 3 inches
Right Angle Push ups 7

The good and the bad!!
The good is that the vitamins are working I have taken them for 3 days and I am very happy that I am not falling asleep at the drop of a dime. Honestly this past week was bad at work I just wanted to sleep in fact I caught myself 10 time the other day where I think that I was really sleeping. I can't keep ignoring my anemia the iron helps so I have keep taking it.
OK the bad is that I had 2 coffees and 3 diet pepsi. Tomorrow is another day I will try tomorrow after all the goal is that stop this month. I am going stop just not today.

August September Goals!
Ok I read this on another person's blog and said that is was such a great idea that I to need to do this. I need to set some goals so here they are.
August - I would like to stop drinking coffee
. I am down to one non-fat 4 shot latte a day, I used to drink about a pot and a half a day. I would also like to quit drinking Diet Pepsi. I need to drink water I am sorry to say that I do not drink water. So that is my goal for August I will keep everyone posted on how well that goes. I will start tomorrow since I am drinking the latte now and have already had 1 diet pepsi.
September- My goal for September is to be below 200 pounds I think that that is obtainable.
I am going to leave it at these 2 months for now I need to work on them and I will add on later.

Shaq's big challenge!
Shaq's big challenge! Has anyone watched this show? I watched it and to be honest with you those kids are an inspiration, everyone of them.
I was amazed at what I saw and learned. When did the PE class disappear. I know I hated having to do the President fitness test back in grade school. I was a small child back then but I didn't have the upper body strength and couldn't do a chin up or pull up and don't even ask me to have done a push up or run. I may have been tiny but not physically fit. That is probably I why I am overweight now. I never want to exercise I was to busy playing.
But those kids really shed light on a huge national issue that needs to be addressed our country needs help. I am really amazed at what has happened in the past 20 some years. I am 35 and it amazes me how much things have changed with the way kids are growing.
I have a goal for myself I want to be able to do the President Physical Fitness Test. I need feel better first so I am going to give myself a week (take my iron and other vitamins) and then I am going to try and do it so that I have my own bench mark to beat. I will be honest with everyone and post the results.

I am new!
Hello to you reading this!
I am new here and to be honest I have never kept a journal let alone a blog .
For the last couple of weeks probably more like the last month I have been sliding backwards on the journey to becoming a smaller person. Nothing to bad, but I have been feeling down always tired getting out of breath quite a bit and a few other things that just makes a person sit and do nothing. Well I sort forgot that I have a tendency to have low iron. I have had iron deficiency anemia since I was very young and sometimes it shows its ugly face. So it flared back up and I am heading to the store right after work to pick up Iron and vitamin C. I should start to feel more like myself in about a week if not I am going to have to go see the Doc.. I just figure the fatigue was from the heat I work in an office without air conditioning guess not.
