August September Goals!

Ok I read this on another person's blog and said that is was such a great idea that I to need to do this.  I need to set some goals so here they are.

August - I would like to stop drinking coffee.  I am down to one non-fat 4 shot latte a day,  I used to drink about a pot and a half a day. I would also like to quit drinking Diet Pepsi.  I need to drink water I am sorry to say that I do not drink water. So that is my goal for August I will keep everyone posted on how well that goes.  I will start tomorrow since I am drinking the latte now and have already had 1 diet pepsi.

September-  My goal for September is to be below 200 pounds I think that that is obtainable.

I am going to leave it at these 2 months for now I need to work on them and I will add on later.

Thanks for the post!  You are doing awesome!  Great Goals. The water is hard for me too, i try to set myself a mini goal every day with my water, If i can get one(12oz glass) in before 10am, then 1 by lunch, and then 1 by dinner and another before bed I am doing great, sometimes works sometimes not so much but it is better than trying to get 8 - 8 oz in a day ... seems like too much of a challenge for 1 day
