August September Goals!
Ok I read this on another person's blog and said that is was such a great idea that I to need to do this. I need to set some goals so here they are.
August - I would like to stop drinking coffee
. I am down to one non-fat 4 shot latte a day, I used to drink about a pot and a half a day. I would also like to quit drinking Diet Pepsi. I need to drink water I am sorry to say that I do not drink water. So that is my goal for August I will keep everyone posted on how well that goes. I will start tomorrow since I am drinking the latte now and have already had 1 diet pepsi.
September- My goal for September is to be below 200 pounds I think that that is obtainable.
I am going to leave it at these 2 months for now I need to work on them and I will add on later.
