Day two coming to an end
I'm back home after visiting my trainer and hanging with some friends for a bit. I have to say, it was a good day. I stayed within my point range and earned some activity points.
I even inspired my 18 year old to get some cardio in. He's very into weight lifting, but HATES cardio. He saw some pictures of me when I was his age and I was only about 15-20 pounds overweight. He realized that since he's heavier than I was at that age, if he's not careful he'll end up much, much larger when he's my age.
Yup, feeling pretty good.
