Stuck
Well, I have reached a plateau. I can't seem to lose any more weight. I have been sticking to the diet, but I have stayed the same weight. I am feeling a little frustrated. I am trying really hard not to get discouraged, but I feel like I am losing my grip. I need help!!!

Change
If you honestly take stock of what you have been doing eating and exercise-wise and are stuck (aka on a plateau) then change things up.
Every-so-often I think our bodies get used to what we are doing and becomes more efficient with what we are giving it. Used to the routine, if you will.
So. We must change things to keep our body guessing. Eat MORE calories for a few days. Yes, even if it means gaining 1-2-3 lbs. Then lower your calories again. Or don't eat the same amount of calories/points day after day after day. One day, eat more, one day eat less, so that your body can't get used to the routine. You get the point.
If you are a member of Curves, ask your Curves employees about this. This is discussed in phase 3 of their eating plan.
If you are a member of WW, google "The Wendie Plan"
Next, change what you are doing for exercise. Are you focusing only on cardio, or are you doing strength/toning too? We need both. The cardio is great, but the strength/toning helps immensley (sp?) because that starts building muscle, which burns the fat, blah blah blah
You are doing great. Hang in there.
P.s. be sure you are taking measurements!! Sometimes when the scale is moving slow, the inches are going away!!

ughhhhh!
I am feeling discouraged. I was so excited about my weight loss but now that is has slowed I am not feeling as excited anymore. I am going to stick to it. I know I can do it. Maybe I need to put in a little more effort. I am going to make one goal a day for myself that way I have something to work toward each day. Because looking at the amount of weight I need to lose as a whole feels overwhelming!
