*New* mini goal
So my last goal was to lose 10 by mother's day...I fell a little short- but that is OK. I was still pleased with what I did ACHIEVE...I was able to get over my plateau hump- which was a feat in and of itself.
So my new mini goal is to lose 8-10 lbs by Father's Day...seems doable...that is about 2 lbs a week...I think I can do it. Make that I KNOW I can do it...I'll be in and out of the 170's before I know it! 
I have my JC menu on my desk and plan on following it to a "T" except tomorrow because I am on business travel and won't be able to be 'on the program'.- but right back to it on friday, no ifs, ands, or but(t)s!
