It's Friday again
Weekends are definitely the hardest for me. I can stick to plan all week long and then come friday morning I am ready to stuff my face. The problem with this is that it's counterintuitive...It completely defeats what I have accomplished all week long. I have definitely noticed that I am not able to eat as much of the bad food as I was once able to consume, but I am still eating more calories than I should, that's for sure.
Definitely have time for exercise this weekend...actually I am planning on it both days, Fridays are my day off...although I know that I really should get my butt there tonight since I skipped Wednesday.
I am really pleased with how my running is coming along- but I think I need new sneakers- mine just don't seem to be cutting it...I know there are places that you can go and they will analyze your walk/ run so I might look into that. Plan to run outside this weekend...I'll let you know how it goes.
