Writing it down...
so after yesterday's mishap with non stop eating- I am waking up today knowing that I have to get back to writing down what I eat. I bought the "ultimate Pocket Diet Journal" a while back and will resort back to using that so that I am certain that I am getting my 1200 calories a day.
I've been getting home late each night so I am skipping dinner and I think that it might be stunting my loss- so I am going to try and start eating my dinner before I leave work around 4:30 so that I am certain to get it in. We'll see how that goes, I'll keep you posted.
I am attributting some of my ravenous behavior yesterday to TOM being just around the corner. I don't want to use that as an excuse though because I really want to be down to my next goal (10 pound loss by 5/13) ....that only gives me 17 days and about 8 pounds to go...not sure how realistic that is but I am still going to give it a shot- I won't be disappointed if I don't succeed though- as long as the scale is moving in the right direction.
