Ok as of this morning I am 202 lbs!!!! Woohoo down 4lbs!! I will love getting below 200 again:). I am doing great on eating healthy...I am so ready to do this and feel good about my body again.

Ok I am back at this getting healthy and losing weight!!! I now have a son who is 9 months old. My weight is currently 206. I want to get down to 150. I have been eating healthy for about 2 weeks now and really doing good. I have started a 2 week rapid weightloss plan. I anm feeling confident this time I am sticking to it!! I have a friend for support with this. So here we go again!!!
I am here reading my email and get yet another email from extrapounds.com and decided to sign in and see my profile since it has been about a year and I am reading my blogs seeing what a failure I have been at this losing weight and staying on task. I am so not on task right now with it. I have been in a relationship for 10 months now. but decided I had to blog since I have neglected this. I will come back here for inspiration and work on losing the weight again.
ok I forgot about this sight and am now working on losing weight again......I am actually 204lbs right now so I have already lost some weight. I will be so excited ust to get below 200 lbs again. outside of this from just reading my past 2 blogs my life is only getting better so that is a plus...my daughter is soon to be 3 yrs old. I have dated quite a bit and seem to enjoy that for the most part. I really need to get motivated and keep motivated...well that is all for now...I am going to explore this website...
Ok it is New Years...well actually jan 14th. I have not lost any weight yet....blah. I do however have my life all together and back to normal...and working at a good job. I am trying to getr thru these winter blues. I am starting this week to get serious on my food intake and trying to get more exercise into my routine....which I have done already just by my new job, it give me lots of exercise...I am wanting to get a walking plan into my routine....
Ok I am serious about losing this baby weight now. My daughter is almost 2 and I weigh 215 lbs and feel so fat and depressed about my weight. I am hoping to lose 50 lbs total. I ran across this website and hope it can help me out. so here goes on my health and weightloss journey. I have not put an exercise routine into it yet but I plan to soon.
