I'm feeling so good, so much better then last week.
I walked all week last week and then on Saturday it was super hot and humid here and I walked 3 miles wooohooo. Sunday morning I woke up and "felt" much thinner! (TOM finally is gone as well) And I also dropped 2 pounds on the scale! w00t w00t I keep touching my butt lol I can feel how it is smaller.. hahahaha (im so wierd) yet it makes me feel SOOOOOOO good. I'm doing good and people are noticing AND I'M noticing!
It's beautiful out again today! It was supposed to rain all weekend and then snow tomorrow. I guess the weather man is wrong whoohooo
I found my light windbreakers and they are in the washer at the moment but I am bringing them tomorrow so I can jog in this beautiful weather. I also got a nice addias top that is kindof a tank top but great for running, built in bra etc etc.. get some nice sun while jogging :)
This week I'm going to chop my hair.. whooo hooo. My hair is super long almost down to my butt. It grows super fast. Then I chop it, donate it to locks of love and do it again. Usually takes me a year to grow my hair the 10 inches that is needed. So yay I'm going to cut it this week... I'm excited.
For fooding today I have:
Grapes, oranges, fruit nutt bar, 1 cup left over lasanga
I'm not sure what dinner is tonight. We are actually going to the grocery store tonight to figure out dinner lol
Ohhhh it's SOOOOOOO nice out today! Supposed to be in the mid 70's! It's been pretty nice all week, yet this weekend it's supposed to rain from Friday till tuesday with SNOW on Tuesday?? SNOW?!?!?! Ugh I thought that was over!
All week I have walked. I didn't do much of jogging, but it's also been warm, I have cramps (Stupid TOM) and I don't have anything to run in except thick windbreakers. I'm going to jogg tomorrow cuz it'll be colder and rainey. I'm going to try to get a run in on sat and sunday.

Sorry I haven't wrote in a few days.. I've been a bit blahish.. stupid TOM affecting me in the oddest ways this time around. I've been craving salt, been wanting to eat things like fried chicken.. UGHHHH I normally HATE fried chicken.. (long story about being poor when growing up.. and I hate mac and cheese as well!) but for some odd reason I wanted fried chicken at like midnight last night YUCK YUCK YUCK I got grapes instead but was tempted to put salt on them?!?!?! WHY??? what is my issue?? I didn't but that was super odd.
Other news... I fixed my little race car this weekend wooohooo! I'm so happy about that. Now I have to put her threw emissions and re-register her again and TADA lil fast car lori is out and about.

rainey, cold, and gloomy wish i stayed in bed or took a half day from work. I've been ready to go home since 10 this morning. ( i come in at 930) the day is going so sloow im just waiting for my break which is in half an hour. No walking running or jumping today. The BF was trying to get me to go jump rope but my shin still hurt a bit from yesterday so I told him I will tomorrow. My computer finally is fixed and a new hard drive is put in.. YAY.. So I get to go pick that up tonight. In the mean time we have our other two computers set up on the desk.. gesh I look like a super computer nerd.. I'll take a pic and post it for you guys lol.

Yes that's right.. this post goes out to my amazing BF. First of all poor baby, yesterday he was helping a friend load up some wood and he cut one of his knuckles down to the bone. He had to get stiches and he's all bandaged up.. poor baby!
Yet he's still great and I'll tell you why: I said last night as I set the alarm clock that I am waking up and jumping rope. Well.. I didn't do that.. and when he woke up and found out I didn't he told me to get my butt down stairs and jump some rope.. so I did.. THANK YOU BABY FOR A KICK IN THE BUTT!
I jumped 150 jumps. I also went for a jogg on my lunch break today I did such a bad job jogging :( I hurt my shin abit also. grrr can't wait to get that treadmill in the house! At least I still went out there and jogged!

Dinner - Pork Chop baked with water and seasonings, steamed veggies
Grrr to me! My plan was to wake up at 7am this morning and head down stairs and jump rope. Who hit snooze till 8?? Oh yeah that was me! I don't know what has been my problem this week. I haven't been able to get out of bed at my normal time in the morning. I did wake up in the middle of the nights due to the 2 cats we have playing and running across the bed on top of us and scratching my arm and scratching my boy friends chest. Yeah I was pist lol I have a good two scratches on my arm that are about 4 inches long and a bit bloody.. freaking cats lol. Maybe thats why I'm so tierd in the AM the cats play and run through the room at night.
Lunch is in 45 minutes and YAY my sister is meeting me for a walk again. Saweet. If I can get her to meet me today and we do our walk Friday night that will be a great 5 miles of walking this week (so far)... woohooo.
Here is the fooding I have packed for the day:
Breakfast: banana
Snack: 1 cup of grapes
Lunch: 1.5 cup of Pasta and sauce
snack: 2 kiwis, 2 manderines
I also have the apple sauce, an apple and the rice cakes if I'm still hungry lol.

wooohooo Lunch time run I nearly died! It was warm out for once and a bit humid. I did good! I changed my route and jogged next to the river! My stamina is really getting up there that is so great to see. I remeber when I first started C25K I couldn't make it up all those stairs in one shot or jogg a god amount of distance before I stopped. I think I'm going to use this route for now on, it's pretty relaxing plus the current route I used to run is starting to get boring. lol
I NEED to get my computer back. I'm not using the podcast right now cuz my pc isn't at my house. grrr. I need to get my butt back in gear with those podcasts. I find myself doing better with those then without yet I still think I rocked it today on my run.
Today I've eaten well:

Lunch - 2 oz of steak in Lettuce, kiwi
Snack - Kiwi, mandrine, apple sauce

I only jumped rope once so far this week.. I should get on that more! Week is almost half way over! Gotta make my goals!
week total so far: Run 1 out of 3 Jump 1 out of 3 walk 0 out of 3 smoking - I called a quit coach who is setting me up on a quit smoking program, she will be also sending me free patches for three months and got me signed up on non smoking message board which is kewl. She is also assisting me with pre quitting techniques to use.
I went out and bought a measuring tape tonight First thing I did when I got home was strip off my clothes and take my month measurements.
Low and behold... I Lost:
Half inch in my theighs
half inch in my tummy
half inch in my chest (damn good bye boobies)
Now I have my starting point and this month I'm going to be active with softball, running, jumproping and even rollerblading. Let's see how this all goes.
wooo what a busy busy weekend. and now back to the busyness of everyday life.
Saturday I played a bit of softball with my dad and brother wooo. Sunday I woke up soooooooo sore, but it felt sooooo good. Today I'm better; talking about using muscles I haven't used in 10 years lol.
I took some pics the other night but haven't posted them yet cuz I want to blur myface before I put them on here. Too many people I know are internet jerkos and I don't want them finding a pic of me and putting it on other car message boards and what not I'm on. So then ofcourse I go to blur my face out and the photoshop program I had on my mac trial expired, and my other computer is getting worked on.. grrrr
I couldn't take measurements either becuase I lost my tape measurer.. lol crazy crazy.
Anyways once again it's raining cats and dogs which meant no lunch time walk or jog.. grrrr I did have a butt load of phone calls to make to school and what not so I did that and paced back and forth in an area that had a covering lol. My step mom is letting me "borrow" her treadmill while her foot is messed up hehehehe which is awesome because now I'll be able to run and walk almost every day!!!!!
Tonight when I go home I'm going to jump some rope.

wooo I have been moving since I woke up at 8am this morning. I've been cleaning the house nonstop. Walked up to the store at the top of the street to get some cleaning supplies. I've done about 5 loads of laundry and set up our patio chairs on the deck. Later today I am going to go to my fathers to find all my old softball gear and grab my little brother and go to the park and throw a few balls and hit a few balls. Just to get some practice before my teams first practice on Thursday.
Today so far I've only had a bowel of Kashi heart healthy cereal. I ate the rest so it's all gone. I might stop by Sams club today and stock up on some fruits and veggies. They always have great prices for that stuff there.
Yesterday after work my sister and I walked. We walked about 2.5 miles. After wards she was saying her legs hurt.. lol I have to get her walking more with me. Then I hung out with her, her fiance and my nephew for the rest of the night. She noticed I'm getting skinner! She even said.. "whoa look at you, our belly isn't bluging out anymore" lolol Thanks beth lol
Ok.. Now I'm going to go jump some rope while I'm waiting for the laundry to get done. I washed the curtains from our "smoking" room and banned smoking in the house. I'm going to put fabric softener all over those curtians so they smell good and jump rope while I'm waiting for that cylce to end.
