Good Tuesday morning to you all.. Yes I'm in a rather wierd good mood this morning.. (lets hope this continues threw out the work day)

Yesterday I did pretty well eating and once again the BF and I went rollerblading .  We did a mile again and OMG it was way easier then last time.  Last time we went 1/4 a mile and I had to stop cuz I was hurting a bit.  Yesterday I didn't start getting tierd till the last stretch of the mile!!!!!!  I'm so excited!!!  He keeps saying stuff like "next time we're doing 5 miles"  haha I'm so not ready for that yet.. Alittle at a time eventually I'll be up there.  I can't wait till we bring the blades to Central Park or even when we go to Vegas and Cali in november I can't wait to bring the blades out there and blade down the vegas strip or on some board walks in Cali.  With my nice firm weight lossed tan body  hahaha So I HAVE to hit goal before Novemeber lol.  I even found a rollerblading message board So I signed us up on that..  Feel free to use the link if you would like.

I did really bad on drinking water yesterday Soooo my goal today is to drink all the water I can!!!!!  I think we may also go blading tonight. weeeeeee  And thank you all again for your comments you girls ROCK!!!!!!!!1

weekend over view

Well Saturday after I measured I was totally hyped up about what I lost so far.  I decided to go to the gym.  I went to the gym and biked 15 miles in one hour!!!!!!!!!  OMG i was covered in sweat and it was pretty nasty.  I then changed and did some grocery shopping becuase I needed some more healthy snacks for work.  Then I went home and went up and down my stairs probably about 20 times bringing groceries into the house.. my legs killed after that..... THEN i went to a club to do some live video/ picture camera work and I was running up the stairs, down the stairs up, down, up, down... then I helped the boys tear down all of our lighting gear and I was joking around doing curls with 15 pound trusts.. (we hang lights, plasmas etc from there)... Sooo yeah that was my sat.. I didn't keep track of what I ate.. but I know diet cokes and water were my friend at the club lol.

Sunday was a family picnic day.  So I went to my dads had a bunch of beers.. had a cheese burger eheheheh (bad me) had a few sides but watched what I ate.. and watched my portion size..  and i didn't eat all the stuff on my plate.. I knew that I was full and i didn't over stuff myself like I would normally do.  Then I played soccor with all the little kids for a while and beat up my little brother for a bit.. (hes 6) I would pick him up flip him over my head and swing him round in circles.. pretty good work out haha 

now today is monday.. getting back on track here.. I've packed a good meal and snacks for the day..   Tonight we're going rollerblading again.  I think we need better wheels I gotta research that haha. but yeah hopefully a good day and all.

surgery?

Well I need a surgery I found out yesterday... pretty much this is the story:

I went in for a yearly girl thing...
they found wierd cells in my uterus
i had to go get a biopsey done a few weeks ago
I got the results back yesterday.....

I have high dangerous cells that can lead to cancer if I dont do anything about it. The dr. wants to do a suergery called a LEEP surgery.
They want to remove 7mm of my uterus and hope that clears all the dangerous cells and tissue. She told me a uterus is 4 cm thick so 7mm is like almost nothing. But still shes going to put me under go in with a laser loop thing and remove it.

I dunno im kindof scard.. kindof pist off about it and i dunno.
I was kindof in shock to ask the dr things like "will i be able to have children in the future and what not" My mom thinks I should go have a 2nd opinion. But I tell you what that biopsey hurt alot (they cut out 4 little chunks of my uterus) to send off to a lab to get results on. So going to get a 2nd opinion im kindof not kewl for...

Anyways on that note.. thats what's going on in my life.
On another note
I ate ok yesterday
i had a yogurt, then went to ruby tuesdays... had a HUGE salad.  I ordered a turkey, bacon, avacado burger and only ate half of it.  and didnt touch the french fries YAY

I went to bed early and I think im goin to hit up the gym later.  Ive stayed at 154 for a little over a week now... YAY

sooooooooo has anyone here ever had a leep surgery before and can they give me thier views on it?

TGIF!!!

SO happy today is finally friday.. sleep late tomorrow here I come!  It was so hard waking up this morning.. It was freezing out of course my windows were wide open.. derrrrrrrrr I didn't wanna get out of bed I kept grabbing and pulling my BF closer to me cuz I was cold.  Eventually I got up.

Yesterday even though I didn't work I was up at 630 napped till 830 then tried to get the BF out of bed... I didn't get him up and out till 1130 LOL . (he had to be somewhere at 945 and he wouldn't wake up) Anyways due to haveing my stomach nausus all day I ate wierdly...

I didn't eat that well or that much.  But I was nausus like all day till after lunch.  I went for a run at 6pm.  I walked/jogged two miles :) I did it pretty quick also.  Two miles in about 30 mins.   I was going to go 3 miles so I can say  "yay I did a 5k" and keep working on it, but then super dark clouds rolled in and I didn't want to be stuck half a mile across the track in a lighting storm so I left.  And when I got home I made myself a protein fruit smoothy with fresh fruit.  I'm excited to see what my measurements and body fat % are going to be tomorrow.. Hopefully the extra cardio will be paying off...

Red Bull and a bad hang over :(

well one good thing about yesterday.... I got out and danced my butt off!!!  We didn't go rollerblading becuase it was super nasty out.. And my bf was playing drums with some of our dj friends at a club.. so I went to the club and danced hardcore!!!!!!!  Thinking to myself "I'll only have 2 drinks"... 2 drinks led to 4..  and ofcourse one of my favorite drinks... vodka and redbull.  I did ask if they has sugar free redbull and they didn't :(  so I got reg redbull.  Let me tell you one thing.... diets and alcohol don't mix well.  Plus I barely ate anything last night before we went.  I ended up calling out of work today sick becuase I was super nausus this morning... serves me right I guess....

yesterday I had:

Well... we never went rollerblading last night  poopers  It was mostly my fault... after working then going to another job and working, then coming home to a big nice dinner and being full..,. I was more ready for bed then going out and excercising.. Plus we had the house to ourselfs which is a rareity sometimes.. so we enjoyed that if you know what I'm saying  lol...   Anywho we're going to go tonight.. even if it's raining.. hehehe

keepin it at 154.. YAY for Rollerblades!!!!!!

Well as some people would know... the last few weeks my weight has been jumpin round 150 one day 155 the next and so on.  But I am super proud to say I have maintained 154 since Saturday   so to me thats an awesome accomplishment!!!

My BF and I planned to go walk/jog 2 miles last night.  I get in his car to go to the track down the street (it's a 1 mile track)  we go to the gas station and I turn around and see rollerblades in the back of his car!!!  He surprised me and bought both of us rollerblades!!  I was so happy and excited..  

So we went to the park and rollerbladed 1 mile..  I haven't been on blades in a few years and OUCHHHHHHHH I had to stop half way threw becuase my right ankle was super tierd and getting worn out.. But then I put back on the skate and kept going.  For the rest of the night my legs KILLED.  But it was an awesome work out!!!!!  We went at 10 at night it was pretty romantic and we wouldof held hands or soemthing cute but we were both a bit shakey on the skates and didn't want to pull each other down.  We cant wait to get better with them and take them places like central park and blade around. 

I worked so many muscles I forgot about last night lol.  Right now my legs feel better.. If they're sore later we're going to just walk/jog tonight.. If my legs feel better we're going to blade another lap.  Kindof funny how Im the one who's been biking, walking, jogging... when we walked the track the other day 1 lap he said his legs hurt.  We rollerblade last night 1 lap he feels nothing and my legs were dying. lol

Yesterday was mothers day and considering the BF and I only got about 3 hours of sleep we were pretty beat.
We woke up and took his mother out to a late lunch at margarittas and I totally forgot im watching what I eat :(
I ordered:

  • 2 strawberry margarittas
  • had chips and salsa
  • 2 beef enchildas
  • mexican rice
  • refried beans
  • a banana
granted at the resturant i only ate half of it, we came home fell asleep from 5-8 then i had the other half and later a banana.  and wen to bed around 1130.

This morning I woke up and did some curls with weights, also some lunges and did about 20 crunches and 20 push ups.  I'm about to go pack up my lunches and snacks now for the day... going to keep on my track even though yesterday I sort of failed lol .

I'm not a mommy... but happy mothers day to all you mothers out there.

Now ... yesterday I had a prom to work at all day.  from 12pm- 2amish.   I did so good on not letting temptation get me whoo hooo.  The boys stopped at dunkin donuts on the way to the gig and all I got was water   No iced coffee and a bagle like I woulod of gotten... woohoo for me!!!

this is what I ate I have to count out the points later:

Nowwww the work out part..  granted no work out was done here BUT i was lifting and pushing heavy cases, holding speaker stands and kindof curling them a bit when I walked setting up stuff, tearing it all down, lifting them into the truck, and unoading the truck... A good mini work out and I got paid to do it...  (My BF does this for a FT job no wonder why he's so skinny lol)
