For all the snacking ideas! 

I STILL have to go shopping.  Yet having no money sucks and I really don't want to dip into my credit card to go grocery shopping.  I might have to though.  I'm back on some bills so I'm trying to pay those off :(  Stupid water bill!  If I don't pay $300 by June 29th they put a lein on my condo.. So I had to pull money from here and there so I can pay that off.  Grrr oh well part of life lol I need more money though.  My manager has been promising a promotion for 6 months now to bring me up to pay with everyone else in the department... dum de dum where is it?  I've been looking for another position here and there.. Point blank I NEED more money!! 

Anyways going onto the eating thing.. I havent really written down what I ate this week... BAD GIRL.. I have been keeping mental note.. The other day I ate great.. last night I blew it when I was working late at my other job.  My boss comes in with Arbys sandwhich and gave me one...  so I ate it lol But besides that all i had yesterday was a yogurt, cola chicken for lunch and a nutigrain bar... so I don't think that was tooo bad.

I have to make a mini goal of writing in here everyday.. I noticed myself getting wickid busy at work and not writing in here.. I gotta at least write something to stay in the habbit.  You girls are great!! And are great motivation!  If I stay writing in here I'll get the support I need to help me to keep loosing weight..

Anyways happy friday to you all... My offical WI and measuring is tomorrow.. I hope everyone has a great WI this week and skinny vibes to all!!! YAY

ladda ladda ladda

So im a bit better today :) I got a good amount of rest last night... haha well needed rest.  I think the bf and I passed out around 10 last night and we didn't even mean to.  I laid down to stretch out my back and boom fell asleep and woke up around 3am and hot and sweaty.. ( i was still fully clothed) changed into PJ's and turned on the AC.

I did pretty well eating yesterday even with my tierdness

Soooo tierd

I couldnt sleep at all last night.  When I finally did and my alarm went off I realized I had 45 mins to get to work.  I usually wake up at 630... I woke up at 715.  I can't believe i flew out of the house in less then 10 mins and still got to work on time.

I didn't really keep track of what I ate yesterday.. something like:

Today was my "offical"  WI and measurement day!!  After a HUDGE dinner last night with desert I weighed in at 150 this morning :) I have also taken my  measurements this morning and I'm down a half inch in my theighs and hips w00000h0000!!!!!!  I'm finally making progress here I'm so amped!!!

This is my body fat and BMI for the last three weeks.....
three weeks ago
30.9 body fat
28.3 BMI

two weeks ago
30.2 body fat
27.6 BMI

This week!!!!!!
Fat 29.4% 
Bmi 27.3%

so I know a few of you ladies wanted to know how our anniversary night went....  It was incredible!!!!!
He gave me my gift before we left the house which was diamond saphire earings!!  OMG they are beautiful and match the diamond saphire necklace he got me for xmas.  (I've never been spoiled like this before)  He is amazing!  We then went down by the ocean where he made reservations for a really really nice resturant with an ocean view.  We ate musles for an app, then for dinner had a "lobster bake"  Which came with half a lobster, musles, shrimp, corn on the cob, chicken sausage, and liquine.  OMG sooooooooo Good.  We also had 2 glasses of wine and split a desert.   After dinner we were going to go have a few drinks at a bar but we were tired so decided to go home.  I'm proud of myself so not over stuffing myself.  After dinner I felt full but I didn't feel stuffed.  I didn't eat all of the ligunie.  Only  few forks full.. if I ate it all then I wouldof been nasty stuffed lol. 
He LOVED the zippo :) 

SO I hope all you ladies are having a great weekend..  Tonight I'm off to work a live video dance party at a batmitsfa (sp?).  This is going to be interesting.. I've never been to one before.

Until tomorrow... Skinny Vibes to all... and have a happy great fullfilling weekend!!!!!!!

ok ok I peeked... BUT

I really liked what I saw....  149 and TOM is here!!!!!!!!1  TOM started yesterday and I dropped 3 pounds AWESOMEEE  Weeeeeeeeee I'm flying..  Even though my offical WI is tomorrow... Maybe I should make it today due to the fact the BF and I are going out to dinner tonight and are going to have a few drinks... hmmm What do you girls think?

Anyways I got the zippo and got it engraved last night :) 70 dollars later.. I hope he loves it and doesn't loose it lol.  Most expensive zippo EVER. 

I was so hungry while at the mall waiting for it, I almost broke I almost went to Arbys... as I was walking closer I told my self no and turned around and walked away.  I'm on a mission here and the only one who will mess that up is me... So NO NO NO.. I waited till I got home and made a turkey sandwhich.  Much more healthier choice then what ever i wouldof ordered and all that grease.

gesh what is with this week?

This whole week I have been non stop busy at work.. hell even both jobs!  Yesterday I was so busy I wasn't hungry at all.  Usually throughout the day I'll munch on my strawberries, grapes, or what have you... Yesterday I ate.. breakfast, lunch and dinner lol thats it.  And yet I wasn't hungry.. maybe it's just that I have about 10 million things to do my mind doesn't get board and say hey i'm bored let's eat something lol  We also didn't want to cook last night so we went to apple bees and I ordered off thier WW menu YAY!!!!!!!

Thank you for all the good jobs and congrats :) you ladies are so awesome and are great back up help to keep my push going!

Last night the BF gave me one of my gifts lol he said it came with what he bought me.. it was a free offer they were giving people who bought what ever he bought me lol coolbeans.  Anyways the cool little gift is a mp3 player w00t nothing super fancey or anything like an ipod but it does the trick for now.  So now I really have to put it to use and actually GO TO THE GYM or GO SKATING!!! lol

I did it!!!! I didn't jump on the scale this morning!  It was tempting but I didn't.. YAYS!

My bf's and my anniversary is coming up this weekend.  He's taking me to a really nice restuarant Friday night.. I'm excited   he also said he got me a gift.. I'm wondering what it is.. hmmm he said it was a bit expensive ... hmmmmm   I'm thinking about getting him a nice zippo with the engraving of "those three words, I say too much, but not enough"  then on the other side have "i love you" engraved.   Those are lyrics from the song "chasing cars"  we both love that song.  When we get married I want us to dance to that song together hehehe I'm such a girl.

Anyways I ate pretty well yesterday.. no crunches and no skating though. grrrrrrrrrr

last night I got out of work at 730.  Yet I had dinner around 830.  Not that bad considering I eat dinner alot of times around 930/10/1030 lol ..  So one goal is underway....

This morning I snuck a peak at the scale again grrrrrrr gotta stop..  I told myself no scale till saturday now I have to obey it!

Last night I did about 20 crunches.. blah I know I need to do more and due to the non stop thunderstorms we have been having the BF and I haven't gone skating.  We are planning to go tonight!  Thank god because I need it.  It's funny how you can feel a difference in your body when you're not excercising vs when you are.  Like enrgy levels and what not.

german food vs smaller old clothes

hello my lovely ladies.  It's been another busy one at work today YIKES!!!  It's all rainey here and it cooled off alot and omg perfect day to stay in bed all day and listen to the rain but nope.. who's stuck at work till 730 tonight?? lol

So yesterday I tried something different.. I love trying different things!  I went to a German resturant with one of my BFF's and her family.  OMG OMG OMG I love the food!  It was sooo good.  And I didn't over eat either which is great.  There were 5 of us.  But we ordered 3 different meals and each had alittle from each meal.  My BFF is a hardcore WW strict chick and she said everything we ate was ok.  Kewlness plus our portions were little.  

Ever try chicken liver?? I honestly could say it was really good!  I would eat cockroaches and grubs if they were ever presented to me.  People in other parts of the world think of that as high class dining..  why not at least try it?  I'm just wierd like that hahha maybe I should go onto fear factor LOL I'll be great at the eating part!

ok.. haha grossed you ladies out yet? lol sorry.  so I never kept track of what I ate but it was light.  yesterday I played clean bedroom closet hardcore, and boy I was sweating up a storm.. it was super hot and humid during the day yesterday.  YUCKIES  I went threw all of my clothes and threw out those size 0 jeans I used to fit into and I know never again will.. But I kept some of the nice size 7's and 5s and so on.  It felt good getting rid of old clothes.  But now I have to re-go through them to see what I want to keep for when I loose the weight, vs what I will never wear again even if it fits.  Fun fun lol but going through the old clothes that used to fit and is half my size now is a nice kick in the butt!  makes me want to be that size again.. pure motivation hunny pure motivation.  I should staple my favorite smaller outfit on the back of my bedroom door so everyday I see them and want to wear it.. hahaha I think I'm going to do that!  The BF is going to think im crazy hahahahaha
