haven't been here in a while

Wow how life and time wraps you up and spits you out.  It's been a while since I have been here..  Busy building websites, working, seeing family, etc etc going on vacation lol.

I have gained alot back grrrr.  A few weeks ago I was at the 160/165 mark.  I went on vacation for two weeks.  Came home jumped on the scale and almost died when it was at the 149 mark!  Usually people gain weight on vacation... i lost weight.  Sooooooooo I want to keep that up!

So here again I am... Digging the ambition and re-flaming what was lost inside lol.  Tomorrow I am bringing sneakers to work to start my walking again!  I have been drinking water more again!  And most of all im going to start swimming.  I'll update when I do.  Grocery shopping is in store for tonight along with watching what I eat again!  I can do this!!! I've done this before!  I can do this again!  Keep up the motivation!!!!1

abs classes like whoa!

oh yeah that abs class totally kicked my ass!  Now here it is Sat morning and we signed up for another abs class and a "body fat blaster" class  Which is a cardio class.

We have been totally rocking the gym.  Last night we went and did about 45 mins on the eliptical whoo hoo .  burned 400 cals and went about 4 miles! 

yesterday for food i had

  • yogurt -1
  • fruit - 1
  • 1 cup lasanga of lunch - ?
  • then we went to ruby tuesdays for dinner I had a BIG salad and ordered the mini turkey burgers.  and had a diet coke
pretty good eating except the turkey burgers but at least they were turkey and not a regular hamburger lol

WHooooooooooo hooooooooooooooo the new harry potter book comes out today!!!!!!  I cant wait to pick mine up!  i love those books.  Ok off to play clean house and what not till my gym appointment at 10 am lol

went to the gym last ngiht again woohooo!!!  I did burn another 300 cals on the eliptical i think i went about 2 miles in the 30 mins... not sure I didn't look.  Then we did about 5-10 mins on the tread mill.  Then we did some arms excercises and about 50 ab lifting leg thingies then we went tanning

So today when we go we signed up for an abs class... So yeah my abs are going to be shot tomorrow!!!!   But they'll be on thier way to getting nice and tight!

Last night my dinner ended up being a little piece of lasanga and about a 2 cups of steamed broccali with a glass of milk.

What i have for food today:

  • Yogurt- 1
  • Salad- 0
  • Dressing - 1
  • 1 cup of lasanga - (need to figure out)
  • probably going to have turkey filet migon tonight.

Annnnnnnnnnd I'm also going to sams tonight after the gym to stock up on more grapes, lettuce, strawberries and some different fruit.

gym and ouch to the abs

Sooo friday after work i went to the gym with my girlie ally that gym is so much better then my old gym!!! whooo hooo i canceled my old membership and signed up there!!

Friday I did (i dunno how many miles on the eliptical) but I did burn over 300 cals on it and I was on it for about 30 mins.  then we did abs abs and abs and holy crap my abs hurt ALL weekend! Which is super good

Thank god because this whole week it has been a struggle to get out of bed!!!  I just want to sleep but I know me.. Saturday morning I'll be wide awake and bright eyed and bushey tailed at 8am.  UGH well its still better then 630am I guess.

I havent walked this week due to our nasty heatwave YUCK!!  (I hate the hot)  Today it's supposed to be in the 80's so I'll walk on lunch today.  I'll post it after!!!!

Also.. I dropped another half pound!! Whoohoo I know it's not my offical WI and Sat is my offical WI.. But so far this week looks promising., Hopefully with my walk at lunch I'll loose alittle more whoo hooo. .

Anyways today I have the normals LOL (im so predictible huh?)

One of those days :(

Today is definitly one of those days where alot of things are going wrong.  Mostly to start it off...... The BF was supposed to be at work at 5am....  yeahhhh noone woke up until 730 AM  and at this point I was late for work also and didn't get here until 20 mins AFTER I was supposed to be here :(

I have a pretty bad headache this morning.. But I keep looking at the brighter side..... at least it's not a migrain!

I packed no lunch due to running out of the house.  All I brought was a Banana and yogurt :(  Today should be entertaining.

and a friend texted me this morning telling me to call them on break they have bad news.  :( this blows.  The only thing that looks good right now is someone may be interested in my motorcycle (I'm selling it) and I might get more then I want and need. 

I hope the day gets better

So.. what are deep fried Oreos?? lol Oh man they are "Delish" as Racheal Ray would say lol.  They are oreos that have a coating over them then are deep fried and powered and when you bite into them they melt in your mouth.  Super good but super sweet.  They usually give you a portion of 6 I can only eat 3 due to them being so sweet.   One of my favorite fair foods!!!!

Anyways happy Monday  lol  Today I brought with me the regualars.

For dinner We're throwing left over ribs and chicken in the crockpot with honey barbque sauce.  And we will probably make steamed brocalli and maybe rice with it.

I lost 1.5 pounds due to the 5 mile walk the other day and I kept it off for the last two days.  So I'm going good here.  And FYI i did a mini Grocery shopping trip yesterday (spent 30 bucks) to get more salad, bananas, and other things so we don't run low again!

Today my sister, her fiance, my nephew, my little brother and i went to go see the fireworks.  We parked at my mothers house and walked.. 4.8 miles later i have a very impressive walk to post lol

there was alot of fair  food there ( i LOVE fair food)  but i resisted the temptation of fried dough, pizza, deep fried oreos.  Best of all they were giving out FREE fruit 20 water!  And that has zero cals and zero fat and zero carbs so I drank a few bottles of that due to the heat.....

now im going to bed phew

Don't we all love TOM grrr I have the worst cramps ever today!!!  Hopefully by tomorrow I would have shed all the water weight from TOM and my WI would be semi good.

Last night the BF and I had a really good dinner due to him leaving for a few days.  He surprised me with steamed muscles, and steak.  I made a great salad to go with it all.  It was almost like we were at an expensive resturant and orderd and app (muscles)  and had our salad then our steak.  Not sure how many points it was.. I have to look it up.. But it was good and felt semi healthy.  And the greatest part... he spend 25 bucks on all of it!!!  Where as if we went to a resturant we wouldof spend close to 100 bucks!!!!
