Down half a pound!
Hey I'll take it! Better then being up half a pound. I took measurements this morning also. Now I really have to start kicking myself in the butt to start seeing a difference even though half a pound is a slow start it's still something!
today my Fat % is 33.0 Bmi is 29.3 ... yeah I also took that measurement today.
OK back on track back on track .... we're supposed to get snow from tonight into tomorrow Im prob going to go to the store and get some food for the next week and make sure I get some healthy stuff :) If anyone has any suggestions on snacks and what not to get let me know I am always open for suggestions!!!

1am work outs lol
Hello everyone! So it's Friday :) well actually now Sat morning. And I was bored so I was like f-it I'm going to do the billy banks 8 min video since I'm up and bored. Sooo I did it :) and I sweated. It's not a bad video and I didnt feel stupid doing it. (Ive done other videos before where I felt stupid inside for doing it.. I dunno why i just did lol) I sweated :) wooohoooo and I felt my muscles burning which is a good thing burnnnnnnnnn baby burrrrrrrrrrn lol A good starter video once I ace this one Ill move up to another one but first thing first... I MUST get in the habit of doing it everyday! So if I don't post that I did my video please please yell at me! 
I started mapping out what I eat on fitday again. So today Ive had
- Oatmeal
- Chicken breast
- Broccalli
- Rice
- Flour Tortilla
- Chicken breast
- Shredded Cheese
- Water
Tomorrow I'm weighing in. And also taking measurements... yes i am yes i am!!!

Snowwwwwww!
Ugh I hate the stuff.. Expecially after being in Cali three weeks ago makes me wanna go back. A good thing about this storm is that it is named Alexander which my good friend Allys brother was named. In the spring he passed away :( He used to love snow and snowboarding. She pointed that out to me today and it brightened my outlook on the stormy day. Knowing that today he was definitly smiling down on her. It made me feel warm inside for her, because his loss has hurt her alot,.. I believe these funny conincidences that are not really conincdence they happen for reasons... And I'm happy that maybe she picked up on that today and felt that he was there with her.. :) I love her lots and its hard to see her hurt.
Onnnnnnnnnnn another note they closed work early today. I got out at 2pm. For food today I had
- Oatmeal
- 1 cup of tortilla soup
- 1 can of progresso tomato basil soup
Thats it so far not sure what is for dinner. Last night I was proud of myself I drank a bottle of water with my dinner and did not drink a glass of milk woohoo. But i did have one glass before bed time hehe hey it helps me sleep!
As for waking up this morning early yeeeeeeeeeeeeeah it didnt happen :( I did download a tae bo video Now I just have to get up in the morning to do it derrrrrrr. Today I shoveled lol that made the abs tighten a bit :) last night the BF made me do 30 crunches lol I love him he pushes me when i need the little push sometimes. so far today Ive been cleaning since ive been home. Im just waiting for something to download before I start working on the web site which I should start doing now... sooo unitl tomorrow

my bad dream
I had a bad dream last night. With all dreams it flips and flops from one thing to another.. But here was the bad part
In the dream i was at some rock concert and these beautiful girls were every where.. one asked me if i was 3 months pregnate.. I said no.. and she was like ohh sorry you're cute though.

hello all.. Today I didn't get to walk on lunch like i did yesterday.. I wished I did since it was in the upper 40's and considered kindof warm for the tempature that it has been lately. I had to run around to the shop of my other job on my lunch instead. last week when I was last there and leaving at night (mind you i'm by myself) a scarey guy was watching me lock up, set the alarms and start to lock the door. Meanwhile he was walking towards me. I noticed him... quickly unlocked the door turned off the alarm and locked myself back in the shop.... went in the back and got a Big box cutter knife and hid for about 10 mins. then finally left with the box cutter in my sleeve. It def scared me.. so since then I have vowed to take my work home with me because I don't want to put myself in a situation like that again. Annnd once I get home I must get back to work on job 2.
Kidnation finallie is on tonight! I loved that show!!! Definitly a show that makes me have some faith in our youth! Damn I wish I was on that show when I was little hahaha. Oh yes and we can't forget Ghost hunters is on tonight at 9 whooo hooo then it's bed time after that. Damn im getting old.
Anyways last night the BF made his special sauce with turkey hehe that I made him do. yes I had pasta I sooo shouldof been italian. I also made garlic bread out of the snowflake rolls his mother brought over the other day.
Today someone was evil and brought in choclate truffles... grrrrr Truffles are definitly a little weakness for me. I did have two.. even though the chocolate was so rish it made my stomach twist for a bit. I guess thats what I get lol.
Today for fooding I've only had
- A bite of an apple ( i didn't eat the whole thing)
- 2 choclate truffles.. (evil xmas co-workers)
- 1 cup of pasta from last night
- Salad w/ balsalmic vinegar
- Tonight for dinner I'm making grilled chicken on the george foreman, with some steamed veggies and maybe some rice. oh and ofcourse a glass of milk or two lol I love the milk lol
The last two days I've been waking up an hour earlier and actually staying up.. Which is SOoooooooooo hard for me to do! So I think until I get my jump rope for xmas lol (i'm sucha dork) I'm going to try to do something exercise wise in that time... hmmm maybe I'll Download some workout video to do tomorrow morning.. I'll let cha know if I did it or not lol

Last night the BF and I went shopping for our fooding for the rest of the week! We did really good and got some healthy stuff. I finally got him to change the meat in the sauce he makes to lean turkey!! :)
Last night for dinner We had steamed muceles (no butter) A salad with Balsalmic vingerette, and a piece of steak grilled.. and I also finished up with two glasses of Milk.. ugh me and the love of milk. at least it's skim which he wasn't fond of for a long time.. he love the whole milk.
So far today I had me
- Apple
- Tortia soup (with no tortia lol)
I do have another apple and salad I can ea if I'm still hungry.
On another note I'm going back to school for a bachelors in Webdesign and multimedia. CLasses will be starting son I'm super excited about it!
And here is a funny.. lol since we're trying to keep the cost of xmas low this year we are only buying cheap gifts for each other. I told the bf to buy me a weighted jumprope.. so in the morning i can jump rope in the basement for 10 mins. he laughed at it but I was serious.. I think he's gonna do that hehehe

I've been doing well
Things are still going good besides the flipy floppy scale issue at the beginning of all this lol. I've been making it a goal to take the stairs up to my desk every day (little things count).. I've been making good meals for the BF and I and I have been eating apples like whoa lol. Dunno why but I've been craving apples so much lately I have been eating two a day! lol
Last night we had my BF's mom over for dinner. I made an awesome dinner! Cola chicken with steamed broccalli and cauli flower along with some garlic mashed potatoes. HMMM Hmmmmm so good! I brought it for my lunch today lol yum yum I heated it up at work.... (I love garlic and use alot of it!) and everyone is like omg whats that smell lol it was my famous garlic mashed potatoes.. Seriously you try them once you are hooked. And I don't think they are that bad for you.. (never really checked it out)
- Red potatos,
- low fat sour cream,
- lots of fresh chopped garlic (i used 4 cloves),
- i think about a half cup of skim milk. thats it. YUM!
Besides that my weekend was good, kindof relaxing for once. Friday night was my sisters graduation from college. So I went to that and we had a party at my moms house for her. After that my brother came over and spent the night. (he's 7) oh man that is a handful! I was exhausted by 11 and passed out. Saturday we did alot of xmas shopping and it was actually warm out woohooo. Sunday I just cleaned up the house a bit and made our dinner.
Today I have a good menu :) My menu consits of:
- Apple - 1
- Cola chicken - 2
- Mashed potatoes - (not sure)
- Steam broccali and clowle flower - 0
- Apple (told ya 2 a day lol) - 1
- not sure whats for dinner tonight, but I have points I can use lol
- Water 32 oz. -0

my body is wierd
Yes my body is wierd.... I come back from vacation at 149, a week later I weigh myself Im at 167 a day later i weigh myself I'm at 161. lol my body is confussed. lol
I forgot to post yesterday well frankly i didn't have time. This weekend I finished my remodeling project for my new bedroom and moved my furniture in there.. phewey i was pooped and i still got a bit to do lol then onto bedroom #2. I think Im gonna wait till after xmas to dive into that project. I did create something cool with an old fishtank my ex rommate left at the house. It had rocks still in it... but I put a bunch of candels in the fishtank with the rocks and vases with fake flowers in it. It looks pretty cool. It's a candel rock flower box lol
Tonight we're putting up our xmas tree :) My first xmas tree in my house Im so excited :) I went out this weekend and bought lights and decorations for it and i got a pretty cool star to go with it :) woohoo

Yay for a walk
well it's lunch time ladies which meant I went walking! And it was nice and sunny still freezing outside and get this (i worked up a sweat) lol

day 1 back in track lol
well we went grocery shopping last night and I made sure to pick up some goodies for the BF and I.
So far today I started off well with the exception of the fact it was hard to wake up this morning lol. I brought breakfast, lunch and our dinner is planned out.
I tried to start up my walks again, brought sneakers and everything. But once i walked out side it was only sprinkling then i started walking and it was raining harder and harder. I didn't wanna get caught out in the downpouring rain so i came back Grrrr. Tomorrow I will try again!
tomorrow i will also update what I ate today...
