Migraines =(

Wow.. last night SUCKED!
I had a headache during the day. After I got home it turned into a full blown migraine. Through out the day I have already taken 4 Excedrin migraines, so I ate some tomato soup, hoping that would help ease it.. nope.. I ate a small snickers (chocolate sometimes helps)... Nope not this time. I ended up staying in bed for the night crying myself to sleep... I HATE migraines!
Today I feel a little better. I just have typical side effects of a migraine. Still have pressure on the side of my head, but I feel SOOOOO much better then I did last night. Hopefully the pressure goes away soon.
Sooo from those two paragraphs you could have guessed I didn't hit the gym last night. It's all right though I needed to rest. We are going tonight as well as my lunch time walk if the rain holds out.
I WI today. And I am pretty happy with the results. Over the weekend I weighed myself after being sick all week and my weight jumped back up to 157. Today when I WI it was at 153.. YAY Almost back to where I was two weeks ago.
Today for food I have:
Coffee
Yogurt
Special K bar
Progresso Soup
not sure what is for dinner... maybe fish? lol

OH BOY
i'm so in your boat! I had the same thing last night but i have the good drugs...
GO to the doctor and they will give you some meds that will make it go away within 4 hours :)

I'm so sorry you were in so much pain! I'm glad to hear that today is a little better, and I hope it all goes away real soon.

yucky yucky migrane
have you ever tried any home remedies for your migranes? i know it sounds crazy, but they work.
-apply peppermint oil to exactly where it hurts. (your temples are throbbing, dab some on your temples)
-in a dark room, put on earplugs, lie on your back with a ice rolled in a towel under your neck. put 1-2 drops of rosemary oil on a washcloth that lays on your chest, place a damp rolled washcloth over eyes and dont move for 20 min, while breathing deeply.

Migraines are the worst, yuck. I'm glad you're feeling better now.
