Thank you all sooo much

Thank you all sooo much for your get well wishes.   They may have worked! I'm feeling 95% better!  Wednesday after I got home I went to bed at 630pm... Woke up at 11 pm, ate something.. Went back to bed... woke up at 9am.. Ate something.. Went back to bed... woke up at 1pm... Went back to bed at 4pm.. Woke up at 8pm.. Went back to bed at 11 pm...

 
WOOOOOOOOOOOOOO  a lot of sleep in there and I'm feeling so much better.  Now I have to play catch up.  I had homework due Wednesday.. Tried to get it done yesterday but I kept getting frustrated and dizzy so I gave up and went back to bed. lol I don't care if it's late as long as I get it done.  So you all know what my Friday night will consist of. lol
 
The BF made me get out of the house last night.  He said some fresh air would do me some good.  He also knows I was a bit sad due to not really exercising this week to being sickly.  So he took me to the mall, to walk around, get some different air and some ice cream.  At first I really didn't want ice cream cuz I'm sick and that's cold, but I decided yes because they actually had the flavor pumpkin and that is one of my favorites.  So I got a little 1 scoop cone.  And OMG it was amazing.  I'm not saying this so you all run out and get some ice cream.  but it cooled me.  it cooled my throat and my body temp.  It was seriously the best thing I have ever had.. ever.. Sadly enough.. lol
 
Today I'm at work.  I feel 95% better.  YAY.  I still sound horrible but I feel inside so much better.  On my lunch I'm going to walk my 1.5 mile walk.  Hopefully the rain holds off.  Depending on how I feel tomorrow I may hit the gym.. like I said depending..  I don't want to over do myself and get re-sick.  And also depending on how I feel I may go to NYC on Sunday.  My friend has never really gone to NYC.  So I'm gonna take her and show her around all the cool spots and maybe do some touristy stuff which I don't typically do.  So we'll see.. If I go I'll take some pics. 
 
Now I'm gonna head out to check up on all of you.  I missed two days from this place.. I feel like I missed a lot...
For food today I have:
Coffee
Yogurt
Banana
Progresso Soup
Apple Sauce
(Clueless for dinner)

Yay, I'm so glad that you are feeling so much better!!!  Just don't over do anything, and keep getting as much rest as you can.

I love Ice Cream!!!  Never had Pumkin!  Maybe that's what made you feel better. hehe!

I love pumpkin too.  Never seen pumpkin ice cream, though.  Yum!

Whoa! That's a Lot of Sleep, But It Worked!

I've done the same thing, too.  Plus, whenever you have a sore throat, ice cream feels S0-0-0-0-0-0 cooling and soothing, I know!!  (A milkshale feels good, too.)  It seems to make the "heat" and soreness go away for a while!

As the others have already said, take it easy, going back into the exercise.  Take a few days or so to build back up!  Too much, too soon could put you back in the bed!
 
If you went to NYC today, I hope you took good care of yourself.  We don't want a "backset."
