Yay, I'm so glad that you are feeling so much better!!! Just don't over do anything, and keep getting as much rest as you can.
I love Ice Cream!!! Never had Pumkin! Maybe that's what made you feel better. hehe!

Whoa! That's a Lot of Sleep, But It Worked!
I've done the same thing, too. Plus, whenever you have a sore throat, ice cream feels S0-0-0-0-0-0 cooling and soothing, I know!! (A milkshale feels good, too.) It seems to make the "heat" and soreness go away for a while! 
As the others have already said, take it easy, going back into the exercise. Take a few days or so to build back up! Too much, too soon could put you back in the bed!

If you went to NYC today, I hope you took good care of yourself. We don't want a "backset."
