November.. a new month with some new goals

What a nice weekend.  I love taking a Friday off and having a longer weekend.. It's always tricking me thinking that Saturday is really Sunday, lol .

 

I had a pretty nice weekend.. Went to the misfits show on Thursday... Did my homework on Friday..  My friend and I did not go to Salem.  We went to a local hangout in our hometown and I saw a lot of old friends.  It was a good time.  I pretty much lost my voice on Saturday.. and I hung out with the BF on Sunday... WOOOooo I'm tired. lol I did okay with eating.  nothing to be proud of, I did hit up a fast food joint... EKKKK I did go to a buffet yesterday.. but I made healthier choices.. so it kind of evens out.  But here I am.. It's Monday and a new month!  Time to forget the semi bad food weekend I had... notice I said semi... and start a new!

 

I missed my abs on Thursday but made up for them on Friday and Saturday.!!!  Congrats to EVERYONE to went through with the ab challenge!  You girls are great and hopefully you are showing awesome results.

I know I am personally going to keep up on them.. Not at 100 a day.. but pretty darn close.

 

So for November being a new month... almost the end of the year geesh!  I over met the goal that I had for October.  For October I wanted to weigh in at 155, well I beat that accomplishment and ended up the month at 151!  A 9 pound loss in one month!  That's crazy!  I know not every month is going to be like that.  I'm excited to see how many inches I have dropped as well.  I already have to wear my belt two holes closer then they were before. 

 

Goals for November:

To weigh in at 146

to maintain the gym work outs at least 2-3 days a week

to maintain ab routine at least 3 days a week

To walk on lunches everyday  (except for rain :( )

To keep bringing in healthy food for me to eat.

 

 

On that note... Today After work.. I gotta meet a friend to buy something off of him that I am getting the BF for xmas..  Can't say exactly what due to this blog being bookmarked on my pc and he might read it lol..   After that I really want to hit the gym.. we'll see what time it is by then.  then make dinner which is going to be a seafood pizza on whole wheat dough and then Heroes!!! 

 

For fooding today I'm having:

coffee

banana

Soup

Organic power bar

Seafood pizza.

 

Time to check up on all of you now :)
