Thursday is my Friday!

Thursday is my Friday!
Yes yes this is the last day of the week for me!  My concert buddy and I are going too another concert tonight.. (The misfits if anyone knows of them)  Every year they do a Halloween Ball here in Hartford.  So we're going to that.  I told the BF to keep his butt home tonight and DO NOT go to the casino.  He laughed and promised he won't ruin my night tonight.  I think I may try to punk out my hair tonight.. make it a bit spiky since it's short.. We'll see.

Well I never made it to the gym last night, BUT I still got my cardio in.  Every day I park at my mothers house and she drops me off a half mile away from work and I walk to work... Then when I get out of work I call her or my sister to come pick me back up from where they dropped me off.  Yesterday my mom had a meeting after work so couldn't come get me, my sister was about 45 mins away and couldn't come get me, my step father was at school... So I walked back to my mothers house.  The walk was about 2.5 miles and I did it in only 45 mins!  That's about 15 mins each mile.. Not bad at all.  Then when I was driving home.. Smart Lori said, "You've been behind on school work and you have a lot of stuff due tomorrow that you haven't even started yet.. You shouldn't go to the gym, you should do your homework!"  Well I'm very happy I listened to Smart Lori.. Because I was doing homework from 7:30 last night till 10ish.  If I went to the gym... I wouldn't of been done till like 11/11:30ish.  After homework I did my crunches.. (only 100 straight :(  )  and went to bed.  So at least I got semi good cardio in.  1.5 mile walk on lunch.. followed by a 2.5 mile walk home.   Wooooo

Today I will do my 1.5 mile walk.. then off to the concert to dance around and act silly.  Tomorrow I gotta get some school work done... then my friend and I are heading to Salem for the day to hang out in witch town.  So lots of walking will take place.  And since we'll be on a sort of road trip I'm going to try to pack healthy snacks for myself so I don't fall into temptation with road trip foods such as Doritos and slim jims.. I'll try to check in with you all.. Probably tomorrow morning when I'm supposed to be doing school work lol.

Today for fooding I have:
Coffee
Banana
grapes
left over chili
apple sauce
some organic power bar

not sure yet what is for dinner.. we'll see
maybe a beer or two at the concert.
Water water water!

Hope you have fun at the Concert.  I heard of the band, but don't listen to that kind of music.

Do your home work tomorrow, instead of coming online.  Home work is much more important!

Way to go on the walking.  I think it was definitely the smart thing to do to work on your homework.

Workout vs Homework

Hey!  You HAVE to get your homework done.  That has to come first.  But, you can always do at least a few minutes of exercise a day.  (If we want, we can always squeeze a little in.)

Sounds like you have a good plan for your food during your road trip.  Don't forget to take water!
