YAY for this week being half over!!!!!!

Today it's still cold out and WINDY!  but at least it's not raining.  We actually got some snow in parts of my state!  WTF  I thought we were supposed to be in global WARMING?  So why is it snowing in October?!?!?!  And the other day it was in the low 70s!  Gotta love New England!  If I can go someplace that would be spring time year round I would be in heaven. 

 

Hey guys.. Check it out.. I finally uploaded some new photos! WoooHooo.  There are a few photos from our hike on Sunday (when it was like in the low 70's)  Check them out.  Hehe you can also see my new short hair!  Geesh I so look 10 years younger with my short hair.. hahahaha  I'm going to get carded everywhere I go now.

 

Last night on my way home I stopped at TraderJoes and picked up some stuff.  Got some hummus cuz it's only like a dollar something, picked up some whole wheat pizza dough!  Some more granola bars for the BF cuz he loves them and my dinner... FISH! YUMMMM  I then went to another grocery store to pick up Milk, toilet paper, bananas, grapes and some other little extras.  I'm a smart shopper and don't mind hopping from one store to another to get a better deal it's all heading in the same direction anyways lol.  And sadly enough... I love grocery shopping hahaha. 

 

After I unloaded the groceries at my house.. I changed and headed to the gym in time for TBL.  I did all my ab stuff first so I can just watch TBL.  I did 75 crunches on the ball, 75 with a weight side to side and 100 on an ab machine they have there... W00000!  Go me!  Rocking this last week here! Then I plugged in my head phones and did the elliptical for an hour and 15 mins.  Went about 6 miles!  It was great!  Watching TBL while on the elliptical passes the time so easily.  I did get a sharp pain in my knee for a few min.  while on the machine, but then I took it easy and it went away.  I definitely need to keep an eye on that and not make it worse.

 

About 915 I got off and went home to start cooking.  I baked my fish YUM YUM YUM and ate it with a glass of milk.  My freaking cats were trying to eat my fish!!!!  NO MY FISH! lol silly kitties.  I then passed out about 1030.. I was super exhausted.

 

I really liked the challenge TBL had on last night.  The This or That challenge opened up eyes up a bit to a few things.  It was a great learning tool. 

 

Today my plan is to stick to my fooding, walk on my lunch (which is super windy out hopefully it will calm down by then) and then hit the gym again tonight.

 

For fooding I have:

Coffee

Banana

Breakfast bar

Progresso Soup

Apple sauce

Dinner will be home made chili w/ turkey.

Water water water

Glass of milk with dinner.

I've yet to catch a whole episode of TBL this season.  I'm sure it's great!

It looks like you had a beautiful hike.  I love your new pics., and I love your new hair cut.  You DO look younger.

I like your short hair.  Way to go on the elliptical.  I didn't watch all of TBL last night.  I crashed.  Why does it have to be 2 hours???  LOL!

your hiking pictures are great.  that scene behind you looks amazing!  lucky you to have spent the day there!  i am a little jealous... maybe i will have a prettiest-scenery-hiking-contest started?!

great job on yesterday... especially all those crunches.  i think i will keep up the 100 a day... plus some at the gym?  i will work it out with research in the next couple days. 

thanks for the comment.  i did get my lazy butt up today.  and i am super glad that i did it.
