YAY for the weekend!

Good afternnon all!
I know I'm a bit late checking in today... All I have to say is TGIF!!!!

last night we went to the gym and boy I kicked his little butt!  I made him do all the things I did hehe... But he also pushes me back as well... When it was my turn to do crunches or squats.. he'll challenge me.. to see who can do more.. or hold a squat longer.  it was fun and definitly energizing.  but oh boy how I'm beat today and my body hurts! lol last night we had breakfast for dinner eeeek.  I know I shouldn't of eaten the pancakes and everything.. but It's been so long since I've had breakfast.  We had pancakes, scrambled eggs and sasages.. all for dinner.. I felt like a little kid again it was great... But I can't do that too often.. I'm super happy about my 2 pound loss and I don't want to gain it back!
 
I love hallowwen time!  I caught "Saw 2" on TV last night.. then they started playing Stephens Kings' "Needful Things".  Such good movies on at this time of year... Yeah I'm a horror movie lover.. Tonight there should be some great ghost stuff on.  I can't make it to the gym tonight.  I have 2 projects that are due for class tonight, and gotta try to get some website work in.. (i haven't touched the site in like 3 weeks YIKES!).  I'm hoping to hit the grocery store on my way home from work though.  We are running low on some esstenials like toilet paper and some of my healthy snacks are running low. 

This weekend is going to be a great weekend.  I'm waking up early tomorrow to get my car registered.  Then I am going to the gym to get some cardio in.  Then home to shower.. then to a baby shower.  After that my sister and I are going to attempt to make wheat bread hopefully it comes out good.  Then probably home to clean house and relax. 

Sunday is date day!  lol  The BF knows I've been wantiing to go hiking and go to some haunted house things the last few weeks but he has been so busy working on the weekend we haven't been able to.  Sooooooooo Sunday morningish... we are going hiking up a mountain.  It's about a 1.5 mile hike up to the top and I heard the view is beautiful!  Hopefully the leaves will still be on trees they are falling very fast already.  After that we are heading to late lunch/dinner at his mothers... Hopefully she will be making something somewhat healthy.. even though she prob wont because she wants to spoil her kids, and not cook for healthiness like all 3 of them need. So we'll see what she makes.. After that we are going to prob get some hot coco (it's freezing here) and go wait in line for this AWESOME haunted house.  We tried to wait last year but it was a 3 hour wait.. YUCK!  So hopefully with us going at 6.. we wont be waiting that long.  I'll take some pics if it's pretty and try to remeber to post them.  I also wanted to get my hair cut this weekend.. Maybe I'll do that with my sister.. We'll see. 

I'll try to check up on you all during the weekend.. If you don't hear from me.. keep on excercising and feeling good about yourselfs!

Progresso soup
yogurt
apple sauce

Not sure what's for dinner yet

Gym

Hi.  So glad you're enjoying the gym.  That way, you're more likely to keep it up!!!

Hey.  If you're worried about the food at BF's mother's house, how about taking a dish of low-cal food -- just in case.  Ask her on the phone, if it's okay if you bring a dish.  Then, if she doesn't have anything good for losing weight, eat a lot of what you take -- and a little of what she fixes.
