I feel good today!

I feel good today!

I went to the gym last night.. Used the elliptical machines with the BF for about 45 mins.  then finished up with crunches on the ab balls for the next 15 mins.... wooohooo.  I hit the 100 mark to make up for Friday and boy was it hard...

On another note I feel great!  The pants I'm wearing today is usually a bit tight on me.  Today they feel a bit loose.  This makes me feel super good!  Tonight I won't be able to hit the gym :( I'm going to a concert tonight with a friend.  We're going to see Sevendust.. if anyone is into that type of music.  So dancing around and getting all sweaty will be my work out for the day.  of course on my lunch I will do my typical mile and a half walk through the city.. Maybe I'll extend it a bit.... Drinking will probably be slightly in the mix tonight.  I usually drink Coors light or bud light beer... Anyone have any suggestions on what to drink instead that may be lower on the calories?

 

Soooo after the gym we ate a good dinner of Fish, broccoli and a pasta side.  The while we were watching Heroes the BF made us both Hot chocolate because it was so cold... (this is where my down fall came in...) Then he wanted to cook up the jalapeño poppers for a snack.. Yeah I ate them too :( but I only ate about 4 of them so it wasn't that bad...(I couldof eaten more of them) but it was also about 1030 at night.  I shouldn't of eaten that late. Especially when I went to bed at 11:15ish.  Learn from mistakes.. I won't do that again..

 

Tomorrow I wont come into work till after 1:30 EST so if I'm a bit late catching up with all of you.. I'll be there eventually.  I have to admit I haven't been that good of a leader the last two days and cheering you all on with the ab challenge.  So today I am going to check up on ALL of you and leave you all with positive re-enforcement and love!!!

(not sure what’s for dinner.. maybe I'll stop at subway and get a veggie grinder on wheat)

Enjoy the concert

Dancing at the concert sounds great.  I love to dance and never feel like it's exercise. I'm afraid I don't have any great ideas for low calorie drinking.  I don't do it often, so when I do-I have my favorites.  I like foofy drinks like lemondrops and cosmos. 

Awesome job on the abs.  I really appreciate you initiating the challenge, or I would not be doing any abs. 

Just so you know...

Swiss Miss makes a fantastic diet hot chocolate. I think it is only like 25 calories then you can top that with some FF Reddi Whip and you have a wonderful treat for uner 50 calories.

I hope you have fun at the concert tonight. :)

Thank you so much for all the love and kind words yesterday.  Its so great to have so many loving friends.  I wish we could all meet someday.  Wouldn't that be cool!!!!
