I went for a brisk 45 min walk today on my lunch. I actually built up a sweat.. (ewlll ) and now I'm back at work.
I have joined a 21 day challenge that Missy Belle is creating. So today is day 1... wooohooo

Sweating is good. Not when you have to go back to work. But it's good! Way to go!
Hey. Fresh sweat isn't too bad. If you bathed or showered either the night before or the morning of -- you shouldn't "offend" anybody. Ha-ha!!!
