It's been a long time!
Hey everyone..
Wow last post was in June.. not good Lori.
Well here I am! I'm back and motivated more then ever!
Summer has come and went, I had such an amazing summer hence why I haven't posted... I've been busy!
Softball has come and gone, we ended up being 5th in the league. 6 games won 6 games lost! We did great! I am now on my companies volleyball team. Oh boy I suck so bad but I am slowly getting better.
School work has been insane! There was a month break from June till July, but since then I have been crazy for the last 12 weeks with crazy school work. But at least these classes are starting to progress into actual computer animation and real stuff I want to do besides the BS marketing and layouting that I had a few weeks ago.
Summer has been great! We did alot of stuff this summer! We went camping for a few nights as well as diamond mining and got a few nice gemstones! We went to the casino a bunch of times and now we are banning ourselfs from that place till we go to vegas in March. We bought a metal detector and have been metal detecting beaches and what not. We also went to cape cod for a week and had a marvelous time.
Fall time will be great as well, since it is fair season. (I love fairs) and halloween is coming (my favorite holiday!). I know of a few concerts I will be going to within the next few months, and I am planning a trip to salem, mass for Halloween!!!
Excersice, Food and Eating... Well well.. I haven't been such a good girl. While on vacation in the cape I started swimming laps, yet there was so much good food there yeah I kindof binged on it and binged on drinking.. I haven't lost much weight over the summer. I'm not sure my inches. I must measure tonight! I haven't been walking due to the summer heat, I started walking here and there on the cooler days a few weeks ago. I gotta get back in routine!
I did sign up for a 5k walk to help fight diabeties on October 4th! And I want to start training myself again for a 5k run so I can complete the turkey day race. I gotta start training like NOW for that. It's something that I want to do and been wanting to do for a while... so I must do it!
We are planning on joining our YMCA this or next month, that way I can also train for a 5k run as well as start swimming alot for my 2009 goal....triatholon! But running and preping myself for the Thanksgiving day 5k is first and foremost on my list!
