Before After

:)

Grrr to me!  My plan was to wake up at 7am this morning and head down stairs and jump rope.  Who hit snooze till 8??  Oh yeah that was me!  I don't know what has been my problem this week.  I haven't been able to get out of bed at my normal time in the morning. I did wake up in the middle of the nights due to the 2 cats we have playing and running across the bed on top of us and scratching my arm and scratching my boy friends chest.  Yeah I was pist lol I have a good two scratches on my arm that are about 4 inches long and a bit bloody.. freaking cats lol.  Maybe thats why I'm so tierd in the AM the cats play and run through the room at night.

Lunch is in 45 minutes and YAY my sister is meeting me for a walk again.  Saweet.  If I can get her to meet me today and we do our walk Friday night that will be a great 5 miles of walking this week (so far)... woohooo.

Here is the fooding I have packed for the day:
Breakfast: banana
Snack: 1 cup of grapes
Lunch: 1.5 cup of Pasta and sauce
snack: 2 kiwis, 2 manderines

I also have the apple sauce, an apple and the rice cakes if I'm still hungry lol.
My metabolizum has been flying lately hence why I have so much fruit lol

week update:
Jogg  1 out of 3
walk  1 out of 3
jump  1 out of 3

Still rocking

Sounds like you're still doing great!  That's good that you and your sister walk together.

And as far as Week 6.  I'm okay with it.  I just freaked myself out about the 25 minutes with no walk.  Plus the fact that I hadn't run in a week and I'm still getting over my cold.  But I know I can do it.  I mean, Week 5, Day 3 was a 20 minute run and I survived no prob.  I think if I thought I REALLY couldn't do it, I would go back to Week 5.  But I just let myself THINK I couldn't do it.  I've learned that I have to push myself.  No, not when I'm in pain, but I know when I push a little more, I can do it!

Hi there

Hi there,

Thanks for all your good wishes the other day.  I'm sorry to say that I gave up trying to quit smoking.  It's just so hard, and I'm tired of beating myself up about it. So for now I'm still smoking, just not as much and not the brand that I like.  Maybe someday in the near future I will be ready to quit.

Sounds like your doing really good with your food, and working out.  Keep up the good work.  I hope to be losing soon, now that I'm back to normal.

Talk to you soon.

Laura.
