finally I ran!
wooohooo Lunch time run I nearly died! It was warm out for once and a bit humid. I did good! I changed my route and jogged next to the river! My stamina is really getting up there that is so great to see. I remeber when I first started C25K I couldn't make it up all those stairs in one shot or jogg a god amount of distance before I stopped. I think I'm going to use this route for now on, it's pretty relaxing plus the current route I used to run is starting to get boring. lol
I NEED to get my computer back. I'm not using the podcast right now cuz my pc isn't at my house. grrr. I need to get my butt back in gear with those podcasts. I find myself doing better with those then without yet I still think I rocked it today on my run.
Today I've eaten well:
Breakfast - Banana
Snack - Mandrine
Lunch - 2 oz of steak in Lettuce, kiwi
Snack - Kiwi, mandrine, apple sauce
Dinner - TBD.
I only jumped rope once so far this week.. I should get on that more! Week is almost half way over! Gotta make my goals!

smoking - I called a quit coach who is setting me up on a quit smoking program, she will be also sending me free patches for three months and got me signed up on non smoking message board which is kewl. She is also assisting me with pre quitting techniques to use.
