hmmm subway I'm the next Jarred lol
no running today it was my resting day. I still walked hard though. Hard enough to build up a nasty sweat YUCK! Hopefully I don't smell. I'm going to spray some body spray on me just in case lol.
I changed my route today. I didn't bring lunch so I needed to buy and switched up the route so I went by subway at the end. I ordered a veggie patti sub on wheat. Normally I would order a BLT or veal sub. I ordered a footlong due to it being a deal.. (all footlongs $5.00)... nice way to fatten up america huh?? I only ate half of it and wrapped it up for lunch tomorrow and put it in the fridge. :)
Does anyone else look at food the way I do now? Especially with all footlong subs being 5 bucks.. great way to fatten up america. Or like the Mcdonalds ads where you can get 2 big macs for 2 bucks. Does it make you cringe and go ewl?
Today so far I've been good on fooding..
Breakfast - yogurt
Lunch - 6 inch veggie patti sub
Snacks - apple, apple sauce and kashi peanut butter bar.
I'm not sure what's on the menu for dinner yet. We are planning a date night tonight.. so I'm definitly going to watch what I eat and order.
