wooohooo I ran today.  :)
I did great!  It was such a beutiful day I just HAD to take advantage of it.  I made sure to stretch really good before I went running also.  My mp3 player has been sucking lately.  grrr shutting off when it wants to.. not turning on when I want it to.. So 95% of my run today was tuneless.  I still kept the headphones in though so the ghetto thugs that walk around the city don't try hootin and hollaring when i run by.  It's annoying.. so even if my batteries are dead I still put in the headphones. lol

I'm getting excited for softball.  First practice is next Thursday.. god I'm going to be sore.  I think this weekend I'm going to steal my little brother and go do some fielding practice and hitting practice with him.  (He's 7 but is on a basseball team as well)
Hmmm I actually think that's a great idea.  

So today I did pretty well on the fooding.
Breakfast - Yogurt
Lunch - Progresso vegetable soup
snack - 3 carmel low fat rice cakes
snack - apple sauce

for dinner I'm meeting up with an old friend at TGI Fridays.  I will probably order fried green beans... ehhh fried.. dunno about that.. they are good but fried so I doubt it.  Maybe just a salad.

SO anyone catch the biggest looser last night!  OH MY I'm so proud of those girls! Alli is so looking good!  Anyone else notice they put her in a tighter shirt! lol

Yeah, I find protection in my sunglasses and headphones, too!  LOL!  Good for you for getting out there without tunes, though.  I sure wouldn't have done that.  Not ever! 

BTW, the 43 minutes is for 3.34 miles, which is just a little bit longer than a 5k.  So even if I ran one right now, I feel confident I'd be under 43 minutes! 

You're doing great on the eating front.  It will probably be too late by the time you read this, but you know Fridays has that Right Portion menu.  Each item is under 500 calories.  I love the Parmesan Crusted Chicken.  It comes with cheese tortellini & a tomato/mozzarella salad.  YUMMO!

I can't wait till it gets like that around here again- I'm dying to spend more time outside!
