random thinking
well yesterday I didn't run at all or walk. It was raining like crazy out and I didn't want to deal with wet feet for the rest of the day while at work. Plus I think I needed a break. Today I picked up the pace and did my week 2 day 2 of C25K for the second time. :) It is getting so much easier! I think next week I'll bump it up to week 3 and see how I feel with that. I went grocery shopping last friday night and I have been eating super duper well. (I'm actually eating breakfast) which I normally do not do. I knwo I know it's so bad, but I'm always on the run and typically do not have the time to stop and make or grap something.
My fooding lately has consisted of:
Yogurt - breakfast
Low carb wrap w/ american cheese, lettuce and organic low fat chicken breast.
Apple sauce
Apple
Kashi nut bar
(that that is all while at work!)
supper has been not so good.. We seriously get into dinner ruts lol.
We've had pasta with alfreado sauce and crab meat, yesterday porkchops baked with water andseasonings, rice and broccali. It's not too too bad but I think we can be trying to eat abit better. I have been watching my portion control and we haven't ate past 730 pm which isawesome!
My WI is Saturday! I'm excited about it.. I'm hoping it will be a good one.. I really wantto take measurements... but Ill try to wait till April. I don't want to take them every week!
